JM Cellars

The staff at JM Cellars were most accommodating, welcoming, kind, and efficient with planning our weekday wedding! Worked specifically with both Leslie and Risa, who are total rockstars. Especially considering this wedding was planned from across the country, they were very easy to communicate and work with! The venue is intimate, beautiful, and grasps the beauty of the PNW. The wine is amazing, we had the Sauvignon Blanc and Bramble Bump Red for our event and they were absolutely delicious!

JM Cellars was a gorgeous place to have our wedding! The ability to use the loft in the morning made it a relaxing day. The staff were great at getting everything ready for the wedding and using candles to decorate the spaces. We were able to have our ceremony outside, and it was reassuring to know that we could move inside if it began rain. Our guests said it was a beautiful venue and they enjoyed the ability to wander between the different rooms, the garden areas, and the patio during cocktail hour and the reception.

We were so saddened that our destination wedding from Texas was cancelled due to COVID. We knew the moment we saw JM Cellars last March 2019 that it was our dream wedding venue. It is so lush and beautiful, intimate but still lots of great spaces to move around and get ready. We are so sad that COVID prevented us from having our wedding at JM Cellars. However, we feel lucky that the events team at JM worked so closely with us on rescheduling and pushing our event back. We had many long calls with Sarah, the events manager who consoled us and empathized with our situation. After pushing back multiple times, we sadly were forced to cancel. We are so thankful to the team who worked with us and supported us and we look forward to coming back to visit one day when we can safely fly there.

We had the most gorgeous wedding ever in August 2018 at JM Cellars. We knew from the first time we stepped foot on the grounds that we wanted to get married here, and they helped us bring our wedding vision to life! Few things to keep in mind: while they can fit up to 120, our count was 92 and we probably wouldn't have wanted to fit more than 100 (it would have been too tight)... a day-of planner is required, but that makes the lives of the bride & groom easier :)... make sure to hire your planner/caterer from their approved list or you will face additional fees! There is a wine purchase minimum, but you'll likely go home with extra wine (never a bad thing). There is a getting ready area upstairs that you can choose to utilize -- we did and you won't regret it! Our bridesmaids and groomsmen had a blast the day of the wedding (note: if you are not doing a first look, the logistics here might be difficult ;)) My husband and I became JM wine club members when we booked our wedding and we love going back to JM every few months, as well as sharing their amazing wine with friends every chance we get (see above -- we have a bunch leftover from the wedding!) -- it will always be our magical rustic modern treehouse <3 Shout out to Jessie & Sarah -- you both are amazing and we had such a wonderful time working with you!

The JM grounds are beautiful and just the right size for my 50 person September wedding. Susan and the rest of the JM staff are fantastic, and the wines are pretty great too. We had mostly out of town guests and they all felt they were in a special spot in the PNW.

The venue was beyond my wildest dreams and I wish I could get married there every year. Our ceremony was in their cellar facing the forest greenery and then the reception was on their outdoor patio with a clear tent and lit hanging lanterns. I felt like I was in a dream! The venue is so beautiful on it's own there is no need for decorations. I would highly recommend this venue for a small wedding!
