JM Prosperity Farm Rustic Barn Venue is a beautiful renovated, climate-controlled, and elegant yet rustic barn venue created to host weddings, corporate events, elopements, and parties up to 150 people. It is located in Argyle, Tx. The venue sits on a beautiful 100-acre horse farm. The venue's beauty is complemented by majestic grazing horses, grassy fields, and tree-lined hills. The "Venue Barn," has a gorgeous bridal suite, grooms room, and service kitchen. Your heart will be captured with the warm antique barn wood, stained glass windows, and elegant chandeliers. Our couples love the bonus of our attached covered pavilion. This space is great for ceremonies during inclement weather. It is also a favorite to extend a couple’s wedding reception out under the twinkle lights for indoor outdoor romantic dancing. There is something so fun about opening the big barn doors at the end of the venue to give the party the opportunity to spill out onto this amazing space. We also have a great outdoor space with a rustic arch for outdoor ceremonies if your heart is set on being completely outside. With our indoor space, covered attached pavilion and the outdoor area we have several amazing options for you to choose from for your special day! We have worked in the service industry for many years and love helping people find their dream. The venue was beautiful and the exact and perfect wood interior/barn feel that we wanted, that was also very reasonably priced, unlike other venues that are way too expensive. My husband had actually gone to a wedding here a few months prior and he loved it.
The staff was amazing as well. There was a 150 people max limit, and we had about 80-100 and it was a great fit. Not cramped at all and had enough dancing room too, we ended up opening the barn doors and some people danced outside as well.
Mrs. Jan was always super quick to respond and help with anything or questions I had.
Absolutely loved this venue and would choose it again for our 10yr anniversary!

is stunning with the rustic but elegant look bistro lights outside and twinkle lights inside, it is stunning! The grounds have so many great spots for pictures and when you see this place you will know what I mean. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking!
