I cannot say enough amazing things about JMC Photobooth and especially Kristen! 🤍 From the entire planning process all the way through our wedding day, she was absolutely wonderfu...
l to work with.
Kristen was always so patient, kind, and helpful with me even through all of my silly questions and last-minute bride brain moments 😂. No matter what I asked, she never made me feel like I was bothering her and was always happy to help.
What really showed me the kind of person she is was right before our wedding. Kristen had been in the hospital, and when I called because I completely forgot what time the photobooth was supposed to arrive, she STILL took the time to answer my questions and help me figure everything out. I felt terrible once I realized what she was dealing with, but she was nothing but sweet, patient, and reassuring. That level of care and dedication meant so much to me.
The photobooth itself was such a fun addition to our wedding! Our guests had an amazing time with it, and I absolutely love that we have all of those memories to look back on from our night.
Kristen, thank you so much for being so wonderful throughout this entire experience and for helping make our wedding day so special. We are so happy we chose JMC Photobooth and would recommend them over and over again! 🤍

We loved the photo booth itself and the quality of the photos at our August 2025 wedding, but unfortunately our post-wedding experience has been extremely disappointing and beyond ...
frustrating. Months later and months of trying to get in contact with Kristen, we still have not received all of the items included in our package, including the photo booth album and audio guest book files. Communication after the wedding was inconsistent and often nonexistent, with repeated promises of delivery that were not kept. Issues and delays were never proactively communicated, and emails frequently went unanswered. While the day-of attendants were kind and professional, there were also surprises that were never disclosed in advance. Overall, the lack of follow-through, transparency, and accountability after payment has made this a frustrating experience, and I would urge future couples to proceed with caution. I was last promised the album on Tuesday or Wednesday of this past week, never received it, and radio silence from Kristen and no response to my follow-up email yet again. I was also promised a $150 refund if she could not locate the audio files, which I still have yet to receive.
