I am as patient as it gets with services in general but this has been the worst I've experienced in quite some time. I told James about my need for attention to detail and sent him countless photos of what I wanted my headshot to be. He said his goal was to have me come back to him for future services. He took several pictures and I asked him is he sure that he took enough pictures to get me the desired result? He said yes and that i'll be happy with the results. Days later he emailed me the photos which didn't look edited at all and was very bad. I asked him did he even try to edit these photos? He said he did and that he put in the email that he didn't have the right camera setup and wanted to retake the photos again. I was ok with it until I realized it was taking up my time to go through this all over again and he wasn't confident that he would get it right. So I demanded a refund which has taken over 3 weeks and the responses has been far and between with a bad offer of 50% because they claim their services was used but they were used poorly very poorly and I demanded an immediate full refund but they are taking their time with this process as they run a bad operational and I will let every outlet know of their bad business practices until they do right by people.
