We could not be happier with JMS Tents.! We held our wedding ceremony and reception in our backyard, but it looked like a wedding venue thanks to JMS tents. Their tents, lights, tables, chairs, and linens packages made the rental a breeze. We were also able to customize our rental with special draping in the tent to coordinate with our colors. The office was easy to work with and had helpful advice for us. The group that delivered and set up was very efficient and attentive to detail. We were very happy, and would absolutely recommend JMS Tents.

Honestly, I was so indecisive and JMS was flexible with me the ENTIRE time. I paid up front and then changed my mind on some things and they refunded me without question for one of the items I no longer needed. They gave me great advice for quantities based on my guest list. When it came down to the day of, they set up all my tables, chairs, dance floors quickly and it looked perfect. I got the fruitwood chairs and they looked BRAND NEW. I don't think any other vending company could have provided me with better quality rentals or service. My wedding was in Prescott and even with that extra delivery, they were still WAY more affordable than any other rental company I came across. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any event! JMS did a wonderful job with our wedding! Tent design was exactly what I pictured and looked beautiful. They were happy to help with every request I made. Linens were lovely as well as the tables and chairs. It was an awesome deal for the service and product we were given. Wasn't the first time my family used them and it won't be the last.

We used JMS tents for our wedding on Saturday, February 25th. They did a fabulous job setting up the dance floor, tents, and lights. Their equipment of the fruitwood chairs and their tents are a very nice quality. However, their lack of communication and insufficient linens should be concerning for future renters. We ordered 16 tan linens for our tables. We were told that the linens would be delivered on Friday, the day before the wedding. Friday came and went and the linens never came. We never received a phone call to inform us when the linens would be delivered, either. Our coordinators called JMS Friday night and were told the linens would be delivered on Saturday. Someone dropped them off on Saturday afternoon and failed to mention that the linens included were incorrect. We ordered 16 tan linens. They delivered 15 tan linens and one cream linen. The colors were completely different and it looked very bad and mix-matched once we laid it all out. When our wedding coordinators called to ask what happened, they said they were aware that the linens were incorrect and that there was nothing they could do. One, we ordered the linens months in advance. This never should have been an issue in the first place. Furthermore, it is so unprofessional and unacceptable to drop a problem on your clients the day of the wedding and offer no solution. The fact that JMS knew about the issue and never said anything until we called them is shocking and shady. Luckily, our wedding coordinators problem solved for them and requested two black linens to be delivered, which we used for the head table. The day after the wedding, my husband and I tried to call the manager and left a message. We stated that we were upset in how the company handled the linen situation and requested for him to call us back. It has been a week and a half since the wedding and we still have not heard from them. I would not use them again in the future.

We had a wedding on our ranch and JMS Tents was able to more than accommodate us but went the extra mile in helping us make this wedding not only affordable but gorgeous! We would recommend JMS Tents for anyone planning an outdoor wedding. They are efficient, punctual and very pleasant to work with. Thanks again JMS Tents for helping us make incredible memories.

I was very impressed with the tent for my sisters wedding. She had the best wedding I have ever seen, there is something really special about having a backyard wedding. It was beautiful. We got the Swagging and the lanterns and the lighting was great. For my ten year anniversary I am definitely going to get a tent to make it exactly the way that I want it. You can really go crazy when you decorate because you can get all of your tables and chairs and linens from JMS, and if they don't have it they can get it for you. I love them.

My husband and I have been to a few events with this vendor and the weddings/parties have been wonderful! The company is very professional. Next event that I host, I will be using JMS tents!

I was so happy we chose JMS Tents for our wedding! We loved both the layout and style of the tents. Everything really exceeded my expectations and looked amazing. We also found their prices to be very competitive with other companies offering similar services. While it was the biggest cost of the wedding, we found it was just what we were looking for and was the perfect solution to guard against rain and also keep in heat (late November wedding). We ordered all our linens, tables, chairs, and heaters through JMS tents too. We were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a tent wedding! JMS is my go to place for tables, chairs, and tents for events at my home. We recently had an outdoor wedding and realized that the temperatures were going to be very cold th at day. I called JMS and they set me up with their hexagon tent and we all stayed nice and warm and had a wonderful time! I have used them on several occasions and they have always come through for me - even on last minute notice. Joe does a great job of helping figure out what I need and making suggestions to make our special events even better! I love JMS!
