From the very beginning, she made everything feel effortless. She was incredibly organized, well-connected, and already had wonderful relationships with many of the vendors we had selected, so I never had to worry about coordinating all the moving parts. That alone was priceless.
When an unexpected power outage hit because of severe storms, Josie handled it with complete calm and professionalism. While everyone else was concerned, she simply found solutions and kept everything moving seamlessly. Her confidence and experience allowed us to actually enjoy the evening instead of stressing over the unexpected.
She also offered thoughtful, practical advice throughout the planning process, designed our rehearsal dinner invitations beautifully, coordinated the printing, and even handled the mailing. Every detail was taken care of with care and excellence.

Our day-of coordinator was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment she arrived, she made sure every single detail was perfect and that our wedding day ran smoothly. She handled everything behind the scenes so we could truly relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing.
She went above and beyond in every way possible. One of the sweetest things she did was take photos and videos behind our photographer throughout the day and share them with us afterward.
