Very unprofessional. More concerned with her own ego and artistic freedom than with customer satisfaction and professional etiquette regarding hair and makeup on the day of the wed...
ding. Jo Ann took advantage of payment up front through zelle and did not complete the services she agreed to perform. Jo Ann was confrontational when asked to make adjustments to makeup and hair that looked sloppy and thought it was acceptable to argue with and yell at her client, making the client uncomfortable and upset to tears hours before the wedding. Horrible customer service. Have never been so disrespected by a "Professional" in my life. Very disappointing. Extremely Rude.
Jo Ann is amazing! My photographer (Holding & Co. Photography) hooked me up with her.
I booked her and Marcella La Monica for my wedding. Jo Ann did makeup for me, my sister, and m...
y mom. Marcella gave me, my sister, and my mom updos and styled my mother-in-law and grandmother-in-law's hair.
My makeup was perfect! Not too much, but enough to last the whole day! It made me feel glamorous, but I still felt like myself. Jo Ann also worked amazingly with my mom, who was nervous about wearing more makeup than usual.
Aside from their awesome work, Jo Ann and Marcella were fun to be around!

perate because my make up person was unreliable and boy am I glad I did. She was able to still give me a preview look and all I had to do was show her picture ideas and she did one look and I loved it!!! My fiancé even took me out to the movies after the preview because of how good of a job she did!! I looked beautiful for my wedding and not only that she offered to do my mom's make up (with additional person cost) right on the spot because my mom was running late to get ready. She did her full make up and finished right on time making my mother love her look! Thank you Jo Ann! Will be recommending you to everyone!

Jo Ann did my hair and makeup for my boudoir shoot and I love the way it turned out. I showed her pictures of my style and she amped up my regular eye makeup and gave me amazing la...
shes! The airbrush makeup was so light on my face but still had full coverage and it matched my skin tone perfectly. Knowing I looked good helped so much during the shoot. She was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.
