I can not say enough about JoLouise Beauty. They are the salon that I use for all of my services, and I travel an hour to them every time because their work is 10/10! They are flawless at what they do, work hard to fit your scheduling needs and go above and beyond to make sure you leave their salon looking your best! Their salon is stunning, vibes are always high and the people who work there are super down to earth and personable. Naturally there was no one I would have trusted more for me and my girls for my wedding.. from the trial; to our wedding day the communication and professionalism was 10/10. My friends and I were facing some pretty unbelievable unexpected circumstances and the team came in with an unbelievable presence for our day off. Not to mention them stepping up and doing everything it took to help us find someone when our photographer cancelled on us 4 hours before our wedding. The entire team made everyone look stunning and also created such a laid back vibe where we all felt comfortable asking for what we wanted for our hair and makeup and making any minor adjustments that the girls wanted. And I don’t know what I would have done without them. They truly made our wedding day and I couldn’t love or recommend this business more!

I cannot express how much Jo and Kate killed it the day of my wedding!!! They are the best team that any salon could ask for! They listen to what you want for your hair and makeup, makes sure everyone feels comfortable enough to want to wear it all day. Jo and Kate even came to the hotel that I was staying at the morning of my wedding to get my bridesmaids, MOB, MOG all glamorous up! Jo Louise Beauty is absolutely AMAZING. When I began my wedding vendor search in 2019, hair and makeup was a vendor I knew I would be extremely picky about. Jo Louise Beauty blew any expectation I had out the window, because they made my wedding party, mother, mother-in-law, my husband's step-mother, my grandmother, and myself look absolutely stunning. I had my hair and makeup trial back in February 2021, and both my hair and makeup personnel were professional, kind, informative, and damn good at what they do. Tyler Sinclair is the best in the wedding business, and I couldn't have imagined someone else doing my hair! Their airbrush makeup is flawless, and their eyelashes are the best eyelashes I have ever used in my life. If you want to look beautiful on your wedding day, Jo Louise Beauty will ensure that happens. I wish they could do my hair and makeup every single day. I cannot speak better of Johannah and Tyler for our wedding. Jo Louise was recommended to me by my SIL, and given how everyone looked at her wedding it was not a question I would go with them. My bridesmaids are still telling me two months later that they were the best they have worked with for wedding hair and makeup. They did an awesome job with my prewedding trial. I was not great about giving direction (I am not super knowledgeable) and they guided me to find the look that worked for me and my vision. The day of, it completely was as I remembered and seamless. I was shocked at how quickly they got me together! They did a great job pulling together looks for my girls the day of- everyone was thrilled. Hair and make up held up all night, which was amazing as we went LONG. I could not recommend more, they were excellent to work with!

One of the best decisions I could have ever made for my wedding was hiring Jo Louise Beauty to be our glam team! I had seen their work on social media and as impressed, so I reached out for more information. From the initial interaction, they were welcoming, kind, prompt, and transparent. For services, we had Johanna for make up and Tyler for hair, and both were so fun, friendly, and professional! I know this was a very busy year for weddings, but they never made me feel like I was just another bride - they made me feel so special and so, so beautiful on my wedding day! Even more so, they made my three year old daughter, who was the flower girl, feel special, too! They did the sweetest hair style and age appropriate make up on her - at one point, she looked at herself in the mirror while Johanna did her makeup and said, "I'm a real princess!" Watching the way they interacted with her and made her feel comfortable was the best way to start my day. The best way to end it - I looked in the mirror when I got back to the hotel and my hair was still perfectly in place, and my make up had barely faded! It lasted through hours on the dance floor! I was so impressed! I wish I could give Jo Louise Beauty 10 stars!

Johanna and her team are rockstars. They made myself, my friends and family look and feel beautiful on my wedding day. Johanna was great from the start, asking if I'd like to include one additional hair stylist and makeup artist (explaining that with the amount of people I had, that if I didn't, we'd be starting way too early for my liking). I went for a trial and had some questions/adjustments I asked both her and Tyler to do and they happily recommended changes. Tyler even advised me to get extensions, which ended up making a world of difference. My hair and makeup came out exactly as I hoped. I had such a wonderful experience with Lauren and Janna for my wedding day hair and makeup! They were a joy to have with us getting ready, and all my girls were so happy with their requests for hair and makeup being met. Also, weeks leading upto the big day I was stressed about the timeline of hair and makeup being done. After calling the salon to confirm start time, Johanna personally emailed me confirming that the times were changed and the girls were in the loop on it all. I appreciated the email so much! I would definitely reccomend using Jo Louise for any big day!

I would highly suggest Jo Louise Beauty for wedding makeup and hair! They made everyone look so glamourous! My bridal party and I all got airbrush makeup and it lasted through tears and dancing all night! Since using them for my wedding I have gone back serval times to have my makeup and hair done. Every time they do I feel like a supermodel! I wish they could do my hair and makeup everyday!

I used JLB for wedding hair and makeup for myself, my Mom & sister for my wedding this year. Jo did makeup and Jessi did hair and both were very flexible as plans changed based on COVID updating wedding plans. Both did an incredible job on our hair and makeup - I got tons of complements all night on my makeup specifically. They were able to capture exactly what we all wanted for the day.

Jo Louise Beauty did such an amazing job on our hair & makeup for my wedding! We had Johanna doing makeup & Tyler doing hair. All of my bridesmaids said it was the best hair & makeup they have ever had. We got so many compliments on our hair & makeup. I was unable to do a trial due to COVID but they made sure to schedule time into our day in case we needed to make changes but that didn't need to happen because they both did exactly what I wanted! Jo Louise Beauty is THE BEST! I've known Johanna for a few years now, and she puts so much care into each client experience. When I started to plan my wedding, I knew she was the one for the job! While we pushed our big celebration to 2021 due to COVID, we decided to do a small elopement. I visited Jo in her studio that morning and she made me feel so confident and beautiful. My wedding makeup came out PERFECT! I wanted natural/ glamour and she hit the nail on the head! I was blown away with how perfect my makeup was on my wedding day! I used the airbrushed make up and loved it! It didn't budge and lasted all day/ night! She was wonderful to work with and everyone loved their make up!

I used JLB for myself, my six bridesmaids and 2 mothers on 11/16/19. The getting ready aspect of the day was seamless because of Johanna and Tyler. We were on schedule with time to spare and our make up looked gorgeous while also still natural. Hair was phenomenal. I don’t have enough great things to say and highly highly recommend

Johanna and her team were SO amazing from the very beginning! I had 10 bridesmaids, 2 mothers and myself who needed hair and makeup done the morning of my wedding. Johanna set my mind at ease by letting me know they would have 4 girls (2 make up artists and 2 hair stylists) there that day to take care of my large bridal party - which really helped! Johanna, Lauren, Kelli & Jess were promptly on time at 8am, they were super friendly and had so many great suggestions. They also offer trials prior to the big day. I could not believe how much I LOVED my makeup after my trial, including lashes and the AMAZING eyebrows Johanna did for me! And it turned out just a beautiful on that day. My foundation stayed throughout the entire night and I'm obsessed with their matte collection of lip sticks. They were also super open to trying all hair styles - I showed Lauren 2 photos for an up do and she mended them so perfectly. I couldn't recommend Jo Louise Beauty more. THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN!

The words incredible doesn’t even begin to describe Jo Louise Beauty!!!! Kelli, Kait, and Johanna were the absolute dream team for my wedding. Kelli & Kait were my bridal beauty duo and Johanna helped with my bridesmaids hair due to the large size of my bridal party. From the very beginning communication with Johanna was so easy all the way up to my wedding day. She was so friendly, informative, and so so helpful! I was planning my wedding in Massachusetts from Alabama and Kelli & Kait ensured to work around my schedule to fit in my wedding trials and even came in on their off days! Kelli is a magician with makeup and not to mention the sweetest person ever! I wanted a bright natural glam glow for my wedding and that is exactly what she created. She was able give suggestions and make adjustments to my look to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. She made my mom feel so confident and look so beautiful as well! I even had some of my bridesmaids on my wedding day trying to add themselves on for makeup after seeing how beautiful she made the rest of us. To top off the wonderful experience, my makeup stayed flawless the entire night!!! Kait allowed me to do 3 wedding hair trials with her and every single one looked gorgeous!! She always made me feel at ease and was so fun to be around. Kait and Johanna did 12 girl’s hair in total within 4.5 hours and made it flow so smoothly! Seriously SO impressive. They let everyone bring in photos or just tell them the day of what they wanted and everyone’s hair looked so beautiful. They created the best getting ready vibe on the day of my wedding!! I would 100% recommend Kelli, Kait, and Johanna and all of Jo Louise Beauty to anyone!!! I am still looking for excuses to have them all glam me up again! Jo's team was unbeatable. I've had three people inquire about having them do their bridal makeup & hair because it was such a great experience. Kim did my makeup as well as my bridesmaids and the mothers. She listened to what everyone wanted and even though we all had different looks, they blended together seamlessly in photos and everyone was ecstatic with how they looked. Tyler did our hair and he was the BEST. Similar to Kim, Tyler was a great listener and took even our vaguest suggestions and turned them into our dream hair. The team at Jo Louise Beauty was wonderful. Leading up to the event, they were easy to coordinate with and super friendly. During my trial, they listened to my needs and tailored my look exactly how I had envisioned. When the wedding day came, they kept upbeat and laughed with us during what was a nerve wracking morning. It helped ease nerves while making everyone look BEAUTIFUL! They were easygoing, timely, and made everyone feel their best. The option of having them come to us, even in a rural part of New Hampshire, was great!

Kelli, Lauren, Johanna, and Tyler were an amazing hair and makeup team. So talented, professional, and friendly. My bridesmaids and I have NEVER looked better and the makeup and hair withstood high heat, some rain, and a lot of wind. Their makeup style is elegant and classic but also glamorous. Kim from Jo Louise did all the girls makeup for my recent wedding. She did mine, my 4 bridesmaids and my moms makeup by herself all by the time we had to be ready at 1:30! She listened to what each girl was looking for and did exactly that. I absolutely loved my wedding makeup and so glad I chose her to do it. Kim is the absolute sweetest person! She is so easy to talk to and was very accommodating throughout the day. I did my makeup trial with her prior to the wedding which really helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for. I worked with Kelli from Jo Louise for my wedding and am so happy I booked with her! She worked with my wedding party as well as my mom. I rarely wear make-up and was worried about an artist packing on the make-up and looking too fake, but Kelli listened to my wants and was easy to work with. On my wedding day she arrived on time and was so much fun to work with. She fit right in with my wedding party, laughing with us as if we’d all known each other for years. I was so happy with Kelli’s work that day and wish she could do my make-up everyday! My wedding party and mother all loved their make-up as well. We hired jo Louise for our wedding make up, I had Kelly as my artist and Jazz as the second artist. They completely listened to what each of the girls wanted and delivered 100%. Everyone loved their make up and was super comfortable all night long (including myself)!

Kellie from Jo Louise Beauty has done my make up 3 times now – for a boudoir photo shoot, my 8/25/18 wedding and for a friend’s wedding. She is INCREDIBLE – so kind, talented and easy to work with. I wear no make-up at all typically, unless it is a special occasion, so I was really worried about looking ‘too done up’ or like I had stage make-up on. Kellie listened, worked with my oily (yet also dry) skin, and truly worked magic. I felt beautiful, but also still felt like myself. The make-up photographs perfectly and lasted the entire wedding day/night. Kellie also did my Mom’s make up for wedding day. My Mom was very worried about make up accentuating her wrinkles, as heavy foundation can do at times. Kellie eased my Mom’s worries and she looked stunning (and 20 years younger!). There is NO ONE BETTER in this industry when it comes to wedding makeup! I can honestly say that I've never felt more beautiful, had more fun during glam, or been happier in the makeup chair. Almost everything I could think to say has already been said about Johanna, but I will say it again anyway! She is amazing! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and it is all because of Johanna. Similar to what other brides have said, not only did she take care of me but she made my girls look amazing. My MOH was not even going to get makeup until she saw everyone else and basically begged Johanna to do her makeup saying she made a huge mistake. Johanna very kindly fit her in. I also got lash extensions from Johanna a few weeks prior to the wedding and if people could tell they were extensions, which a lot of people couldn’t, they gushed over how natural they looked and what a good job Johanna did. So seriously, stop the search, you found your girl and you will not regret it!

Johanna is a miracle worker. As soon as I got engaged I knew I needed her services for make up. I have never experienced an entire bridal party voicing how much they loved their make up- usually everyone just figures the day isn’t about them so they settle for whatever they can get. All of my girls felt like celebrities and they looked GORGEOUS. She even had my mother in law who never wears make up and was extremely wary of even getting it done raving about her work. She was also extremely easy to work with. If you are recently engaged stop whatever you’re doing right now and BOOK JOHANNA!

Jo Louise is a master of her craft. She provides the best quality service and makes you feel/look stunning on the big day. She is friendly and super easy to talk to. I wanted it to “wow” my guests. I ended up doing a trial a few weeks before my wedding and my makeup came out gorgeous. On my wedding day, which was out of town, JoLouise was on time, very organized and did one hell of a job. Johanna is incredible!! My husband made it clear that he did not want me to have a lot of makeup, since I do not normally wear a lot. She absolutely nailed the vision I was going for! We got married in the middle July and my makeup was flawless all night long. My bridesmaids were also in love with their make up. She truly made us all feel so incredibly beautiful. Jo did a fabulous job on my wedding makeup. She listened to the style I wanted and it was amazing. I've had my makeup done many times and she was by far the best. She is also super nice to work with. Another added bonus was that even though she came to the venue to do makeup for me and the bridesmaids she accepted credit cards which made things much easier. I asked Johanna to do my makeup for a boudoir shoot that I did as a wedding gift. I never had my makeup done by her before, but the second she walks in you just know that she's a pro. She has the neatest traveling kit (suitcase, really) to tote all of her beauty goods. It was my first experience with airbrush and the application was flawless. My everyday look is not very dramatic, and she really listened to that while still giving me a look that photographed incredibly and made me feel beautiful - and even a bit sexy. Her bubbly personality sets you at ease and she makes you feel so comfortable. I would absolutely recommend her for any special occasion you want to get dolled up for!
