The second I saw Jo's work, I knew I needed to have her shoot our wedding pictures. She was so amazing, and helped make our day run smoothly. She completely exceeded all of my expe...

ctations. The pictures that we got back were absolutely jaw-dropping. We could not have asked for a more amazing, sweet, and kind person to shoot our big day. Jo truly helped put our nerves at ease and make our day special. I would recommend her a million times if I could, and I will cherish our wedding (and engagement) pictures forever.

It feels like I looked through 1000 different photographers' profiles until I found Jo. As soon as I stumbled on her page I knew I had to have her as my wedding photographer. Thank...

GOODNESS she was available on my date. She took my bridal photos, our engagement photos and our wedding photos. Jo's personality is so friendly and bubbly that it truly made the photos come out even better than I expected from how comfortable she made my husband and I! It felt like a lifelong friend was behind the camera. She knows exactly how to pose you or hype you up during the pictures and then she still manages to capture the beautiful candids inbetween. She arrived early to every session and would scope out the scene to find cute photo ops. When wedding day came around, it was really easy for me to lose track of time but Jo made sure to pull my husband and I aside to get those sunset pictures I had told her I really wanted. Looking through our wedding day album is so surreal. Half the time, I didn't even notice she was there in those special moments that I'll have documented forever. I am so thankful I came across her page. If you are looking for a photographer that over-delivers and that really is your personal Hype-man, I recommend Jordan Spivey! I can't wait to have an excuse to have another photo session with her (:

Jo is an absolute dream! We hired her to shoot our elopement style wedding ceremony, and she knocked it out of the park. She’s great at directing poses and snapping the best candid...

shots. She also went out of her way to help lend a helping hand to make sure everything came together for our big day. I could not recommend her more! All aspects of her service went above and beyond our expectations.

Jo is simply the best!! She took our engagement and wedding photos and we were absolutely in love when we got all of our photos back! Jo has been our friend for quite some time now...

and so it was truly an honor to have her capture those sweet moments for us. We will definitely be using Jordan for our future photography needs. Jordan is professional, friendly and makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. If you're looking for an amazing and experienced photographer, look no further! Jordan is your girl!

Jo is the BEST! She truly just exudes so much joy which makes the whole experience that much more fun, while still displaying incredible professionalism. Her lighting, her posing, ...

her edits, and her ideas are all so great and I could just not recommend her more! I could not be more happy with how the photos came out - they are crisp, clear, and high quality. You would be so lucky to have Jo photograph your big day!!

I’ve known Jo for years and I’ve watched her photography flourish since day one! To say having her as our wedding photographer was a dream come true would be an understatement. She...

truly outdid herself! She corralled our huge wedding party, plus our large families with ease! Her personality truly clicks with anyone, which makes the picture process so comfortable & natural - with non of those awkward moments! My husband & I have looked through our gallery a thousand times & we’ll never grow tired of it seeing those memories! We’ll cherish them forever! One of our most received compliments about the entire day was our photographer, from how professional, beautiful, & charismatic she was! I’d recommend Jo every.single.time!

Simply put, if you don’t use Jo, you’re missing out! I had gone through interviews and phone calls with several other photographers who were just cold and didn’t want to listen to...

my ideas. Jo was the complete opposite. The second we connected she was kind, took all my ideas into consideration and made everything come together. She answered all emails, texts, and questions I had so quickly and was amazing at communicating how everything would work. She was lively, excited for us as a couple, and someone you want to be on your team for the big day. She helped us with poses and made the whole day feel natural. My ENTIRE family still talks about how great and fun she was, and we love giving her name out to anyone who needs a photographer! I wish I could give more than 5 stars, she deserves so much more than that!

e back quickly and looked absolutely amazing. Many of our family members and bridal party made comments to us at how fantastic she was to work with and how impressed they were with her skills as a photographer. She even arrived early on our wedding day to scout out the ceremony space and take detail shots while we were getting ready. I am so grateful that we chose her for our wedding photographer. She made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout all of our sessions, and it really shows in the photos. I highly, highly recommend her!!

hat we wanted and would even make suggestions we never thought of. She is very easy to work with and her energy is amazing. She made us feel very comfortable and calm on a crazy day. She captured every moment of the wedding and I can officially say I’m obsessed with ALL my wedding photos. She also did our engagement photos, which was just a preview of how wonderful our wedding photos would be. You will not regret booking her as your photographer!

AZING photographer and person. At our engagement shoot and wedding she made both of us feel comfortable, relaxed, happy, & excited. Obviously, her photos are to die for but she’s the kind of person you just want to have around in your life, especially on your big day! On our wedding day, our ceremony had extremely harsh lighting. But of course, Jo never disappoints. She sent me our photos and I cried. She is magical. She brought our special day back to life for us with our wedding photos. She’s just the best and we truly adore her. My husband already wants to book another shoot with her! Haha that’s how incredible she is. I highly recommend her!!!

rity i checked off my list. Jordan is one of the sweetest people i have had the pleasure of meeting throughout my whole wedding process. She made me feel comfortable during the engagement photos, bridal session and by the time the wedding came around she felt like one of the gals. Professional, fun and talented. Book her!

The moment Daniel and I started our wedding planning, I absolutely knew that Jordan was going to be our wedding photographer. Being friends from high school, we followed her photog...

raphy page on Facebook/Instagram and fell in love with each and every one of the photos that she posted. Thankfully, she was free and willing to make the drive to good, ol' Lubbock, Texas to be with us on our special day. The moment she arrived, she instantly started helping me with reception decor and making everyone feel comfortable (despite knowing how stressed out I was)! In the end, she made the photography process of our wedding so much fun and knew exactly which pictures to get without me providing much direction. I've been gawking at my wedding photos for the past two weeks now and I still cannot get over how gorgeous and perfect they are; they will be treasured by many! If you want the best pictures by the sweetest and down to earth girl, Jordan is your photographer without a doubt. You will be in love. Daniel and I cannot thank her enough.

Olivia T

Jordan is my go-to photographer. She has taken my senior pictures, engagement pictures, bridal photos, and wedding photos. Not only are her pictures stunning, but she's an amazing ...

person too. I have been beyond impressed with every session I have had with her because the pictures always turn out so great and she is just so fun to be around. All of my bridal party kept telling me after the wedding of how great she was. She was always willing to help even if it wasn't dealing with photography (she held my lipstick during the wedding!). She is so sweet, spunky, and always has a smile on her face. She works with you to perfect the type of photos you want and she is prepared with so many different poses that make a great photo. She will leave you wanting to not only have her photograph every event of your life but also wanting to go have a drink with her because she's just so cool. She's awesome and I would recommend to ANYONE.

Jordan is one of the best decisions we made after getting engaged- she is incredibly talented and I feel so lucky we found her. She photographed our engagement and our wedding and ...

the pictures were more than I ever could have imagined. She balances the ability to capture candid, emotion-filled moments with capturing beautiful portraits and her editing style is timeless. She comes prepared with ideas for photos, but also makes sure to ask if there is anything else we’d like to make sure we get captured. Jordan is incredibly talented, but more than that, she is kind, funny, and professional. She puts in so much time and effort to make everyone comfortable and that talent was a game changer for our day. I cannot recommend Jordan enough!

Josie D

Jo is the most phenomenal photographer and person to have near you on your wedding day. She made the entire process so easy, low-stress and fun that I felt like we were all just ha...

nging out the entire day. She also makes you feel like she is just as excited about the pictures and celebration as you are (We got a few sneak peeks the next afternoon before our honeymoon with a text saying “I literally can’t wait to look at the rest!”). I could not recommend Jo enough. You have a blast because she is clearly having a blast, and that comfort and joy among everyone is so evident in the resulting photos. They are stunning and vibrant and absolutely true to memory. We felt like us in the moment, we look like us in the pictures, and we had so much fun the whole time.

Jordan is INCREDIBLE. I met her early last summer at a wedding that I was working, and I knew immediately that I wanted to work with her. She is so astoundingly talented and makes ...

every shoot so comfortable. I can’t wait for her to take my wedding pictures, future baby announcements, and literally EVERYTHING in between. I could never recommend another photographer more.

Jo is the BEST! She captured my fiancé and I for engagement pictures. To say I was blown away would be an understatement. She captures the natural love between couples so elegantly...

and beautifully. Stressed about looking awkward and not knowing how to pose? No need with Jo, she was so helpful making sure that Caleb and I looked our best! Her editing style is incredible, it’s natural but still looks beautiful and professional. Overall, 12 out of 10 experience with Jo! She’s a delight to be around and is a bomb photographer.❤️

ving his photo made, and even he really enjoyed himself and is so excited about the pictures that Jo took. We quickly received a “sneak peek” of some of the pictures from our wedding day, and we both absolutely love them! Jo made us look good in every picture (as a woman who is critical about every picture I’ve ever been in, I was so happy and pleasantly surprised to actually love how I looked in the pictures!), and more importantly she really captured the love between us. I would work with Jo over and over again. The process was so easy and enjoyable, from start to finish.

er clients exactly what they want. And what’s even better is she does more than that, she exceeds any and all expectations with her amazing work. She is someone who has worked long and hard to be where she is and is always striving for more. She did my engagement shoot and my wedding and I now have the most beautiful pictures to look at the rest of my life. She captured such sweet and intimate and special moments in a way I didn’t think was possible with a camera! She truly is the best of the best and she’s so easy and fun to work with. She’ll keep you laughing and make any shoot fun and easy! Whether you’re comfortable in front of the camera or far from it, she knows exactly what to do to not only give you the best photos, but have a great time during it. If you’re in need of photos whether it be a wedding, engagement, or senior shoot or whatever she has to offer, this should be your girl! You won’t be disappointed.

ding, guided us through the photo process, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. My husband and I are usually the worst at taking pictures and Jordan made it so easy to just wander around the chapel grounds and capture the natural beauty as well as our happiness. Her commitment to capturing who the bride and groom are was so clear during the picture taking process and shows in the final product. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

s just how to make you feel comfortable, beautiful, and at home. Full of jokes and big smiles, Jo made our photo shoot fun and easy. Our entire family loved the photos we gave them for the holidays. We cannot wait to have Jo shoot our wedding day in just 10 DAYS! If you love the down-home feel with rustic elegance in photographs, you'd be crazy not to go with Jo! Her eye is on point and her style and editing make me feel like I'm in a fairy tale. Thank you, Jo!

on and I at sunset! We were absolutely blown away when we saw them!!! She captured our joy so perfectly! There were so many details that I missed during the day, so many sweet moments between family and friends that I would’ve missed out on completely had she not captured them. She made our entire bridal party feel so comfortable and I got so many complements on how professional and sweet she was as she worked with all of us. She went above and beyond to make sure that she got all of the shots that were important to us. She was patient and kind, even when we got a little behind schedule. Her smile lit up every space she walked into and she never seemed to get flustered at all, even when things didn’t go perfectly according to plan. The most important thing about my wedding day was having the pictures to be able to remember it forever, and we certainly got way more than what we dreamed of with Jordan. Our photos are phenomenal and we are going to treasure them for the rest of our lives! 💗

ving a garden wedding in the spring to capture all the beautiful colors found in nature. Jordan went above and beyond to highlight the unique qualities of our wedding day. She was on time, professional, flexible, creative, and a total JOY to be around! From the first time I met her I knew that her fun, quirky personality lights up every room and would help to ensure an easy-going happy day. Jordan is incredibly kind and understanding; she is very passionate about her work, we always felt heard and cared for as she patiently listened to our questions and requests. Jordan truly cares about her clients and went out of her way to make certain we felt confident and happy before, during, and after the day of the wedding. She captured our day so thoroughly and beautifully, from the tiny details to the big special moments between loved ones, she nailed it. We are beyond grateful to have such timeless, stunning photos to help us relive the best day ever forever!! We LOVE Jo Spivey Photography and would recommend her to anyone! Cheers!! :)

with the candid photos she caught during the ceremony!! Her personality is super fun and she is so kind to everyone! I am very “picky” about who I choose to photograph different milestones, and Jordan was amazing and everything I wanted in a wedding photographer. She traveled to our wedding location in Estes Park, CO several days early to scout out the perfect spots where we would take our photos. She was on time, spent all of the time with us that she promised, AND had the photos back to me in record time!! I highly recommend her to all soon-to-be brides! You won’t regret it!

Jordan took our engagement photos and still to this day, they are some of my favorite photos that I have! The whole shoot was relaxed and comfortable, and THANKFULLY she provided ...

plenty of tips/creative ideas for the "posed" pictures. It was so nice to have a photographer that understands the importance of candids, too!! She is truly passionate about photography, and it shows with every detail in her work. My only regret from my wedding day is that I didn't have Jordan as the photographer!! She's awesome, ya'll!!
