As a destination bride the reviews here immediately pulled me in! I was very excited to hear about her bridal party packages, but was quickly disappointed in her customer service u...
pon the initial interaction. Apparently, she doesn't have bridal packages and simply throws around a price to her liking. She could not provide and would not provide a break down of prices, stating her cost was solely based on time! She apparently cares more about taking your money and charging a ridiculous amount that can not be justified! She also stated there would be a travel fee and would not share how much that impacted the cost. I find it odd that when making such a huge investment, information such as this would not be provided. It's pretty much like someone asking you to pay $1000 and you have no idea what you are paying for! Thank Goodness I was saved spending our money here! I'm just so disappointed, I was hopeful. However, her customer service was atrocious and was the deciding factor. I wish her customer service matched her work! I hope she matures in this area! Customer service is everything!!

figured I would need two beauticians to help my day go smoothly. After speaking with Ashley, she assured me she could definitely get the job done if she came early enough. As promised, she came to our suite at the Hilton around 4 or 5 that morning. I don't know how, but she pulled it off and timed everything just right! Ashley took her time and everyone loved their hair! She recommended I go last so she could spend more time on me! I can't thank her enough for helping to beautify us on a day I will cherish for a lifetime. She's one of the best and I would recommend her to anyone getting married no matter how big or small the wedding party! 😉
I would like to say I am so thankful to have found Ashley! She was recommended to me by my photographer Cierra Johnson, who is also super amazing! Ashley was very accommodating to ...
me for both my wedding and my bridal portraits. We were in a crunch for time to have pics done for my bridals and she came in on her day off to do my hair!!! It was gorgeous, of course. Just what I wanted! She takes her time to create perfection and for such a special time in every womans life this is/was important and appreciated!
I would like to thank her for all that she did and did not have to do! She was AWESOME!!!
Finding a hairstylist who is comfortable creating classic, yet current styles is difficult, but it is second nature for Ashley.

n my boyfriend (now husband) popped the question, I was frantically in search of a stylist for myself, wedding party of seven, mother, and sister. My mom had a tried and true stylist, but she could not create the soft, up-do style I wanted for the entire wedding party and she could not understand my vision. The search went on for months until a Facebook friend/former classmate mentioned Ashley (Jo Taylor Salon) in one of my pleas for help - two months away from my wedding date. I am eternally grateful that she did.
Ashley responded quickly to my request and worked with me to select a style that was quick, yet carefully executed. We looked at pictures, talked hair types, and envisioned the overall look for the wedding.
On my wedding day, we started bright and early around 4:00am. She was extremely professional, and finished all ten people with time to spare. The compliments still have not stopped pouring in from wedding attendees. That girl is truly, truly talented!
