I love having Joan Dominique as my dress woman. She was so professional and worked with me for months before my appointment to be sure she had exactly what I dreamed of. And she di...
d but also made my veil, my earrings and headpiece and also did all the alterations. She has became a friend and I will forever highly recommend her...she is the best !!!! Love you lady!!
Being a bride you see in bridal magazines "your happily ever starts here" and that is definitely true of Joan Dominique. I bought my bridal gown here after visiting numerous other ...
bridal shops and boutiques in Arizona. I tried on a countless number of dresses - over 190 to be exact. Joan worked with me and found a gown that every time I try it on tears of joy fill my eyes. I didn't do custom but I can not imagine my saying "I do" wearing anything different. Joan's judgement and expertise put me in a statement making gown. We designed and created all my bridesmaid dresses here - in one visit. We have bridesmaids in various sizes and shapes and Kacey made sure ALL would look elegant during the wedding. PLEASE save yourself time, effort and energy and visit Joan Dominique!!! I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. All of the staff there are courteous, friendly and helpful and they have a wide variety of gowns in their store that range from romantic, sophisticated, beaded, satin, modern, etc. or custom for whatever you'd like. No matter what style you choose you will look stunning if you purchase from Joan Dominique. I went for my first fitting and Joan was standing next to me as alterations were done. Joan listened to what I wanted/needed and with a tuck here and nip there is making my dress look and fit like a dream. Joan Dominique truly is the place to say Yes to the Dress!
RUN DON'T WALK to Joan Dominique. I had less then two months to find a dress. I knew my selection would be smaller and it felt that way at other stores with my time frame. joan, th...
e owner not only made my experience one I'll always remember, but one I really cherish. I only had one family member while everyone else was on facetime including my mom . She went the extra mile and made every guest feel included who wasn't there a part of the experience, especially my mom. If you're short on time, they have sample sale dresses and dresses in stock for those like me with a short window to find a dress. But I asked for the impossible, the dress to be made , created, and ready in 45 days. Joan thought hard if she could do it AND SHE MADE THE IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE. I can't thank Joan enough! Go to Joan Dominique, you won't regret it.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Joan Dominique. The owner, Joan, was so sweet and supportive but also did a really great job of sharing honest feedback and helping me n...
arrow it down to "the one"! I even received a hand written thank you note several days later. The dress came in a timely manner and they kindly steamed my dress and veil the day before the wedding. Great experience, clean beautiful showroom
My sister was getting married and she wanted custom dresses for the whole wedding party. Some of the girls are in Arizona, but others are in Iowa. She was nervous because she had n...
ever done custom dresses before and across states. Everyone is a different size for example, I'm really petite (I'm 4'11'' and a size 00), so bride's maid dresses are always a pain. I live in Scottsdale, so I went to Joan Dominique for a complimentary measurement appointment. The girls in Iowa went to a different local seamstress and sent over the required measurements to Joan Dominique. All the dresses were shipped to each girl in the perfect sizes and matched seamlessly. In addition to the amazing quality, being updated of the status all along the way, and the customer service. Joan Dominique is a little expensive for a bridesmaid dress ($375), but TOTALLY worth the money. They are professional and do amazing work. I have another wedding I am the maid of honor for and the bride just decided to use Joan Dominique for her wedding as well!!
I had the best experience at Joan Dominique! We were greeted right away by the owner, I never felt for a second I was waiting around to be helped. The consultant we were supposed t...
o meet with that day was finishing up with another bride but Joan swooped in and was ready right away! I was able to look around and find the dresses that I wanted to try on and Joan was so attentive the whole time with me helping with the dresses. I decided that I didn't want to do a custom dress because I loved one of the collection dresses in the store. I ended up finding my dress that day, I was lucky enough that one of the sample sizes fit my perfectly and I’m so glad I was able to find it with her! Everything went so smoothly that day and I just couldn’t have asked for a better experience with finding my dress. You will not be disappointed with you time here! Go to Joan Dominique!!!
I was fortunate enough to have my dress be made by family members who are seamstresses. We visited the store of Joan Dominique and were so amazed with the quality and weight of the...
fabrics and couture sewing of the dresses. They can also custom make things for you too! I had my daughter's wedding dress, the flower girl dress, and my dress created custom and it was done in UNDER A 2 MONTHS! I couldn't believe how beautiful it was, the amazing customer service, and the quality of everything. 1000% recommend every to go here for any formal wear occasion, Joan known exactly what she is doing
When I bought my dress, I knew I pretty much wanted the fabric and that was about it, and had even planned to go to L.A. to get the dress made into what I wanted. I was referred to...
Joan Dominique , and to be honest, I actually got nervous during the process of my fittings, where I pretty much requested something different to be done each time. I was concerned about there being 4 fittings; however, the dress was created impeccably the first time that it fit like a glove ! Could not believe the fit and how beautiful it was. Joan knows what she is doing, knew when to tell me what I wanted would not give me the affect that I wanted, and in the end - she CREATED the exact dress that I had envisioned. The one, reasonable price that she charged me was the one, reasonable price that I paid - she would not stop until I was happy. I also appreciated that they called me when they were running late so that I didn't race to get to the appointment and have to wait. Joan Dominique is a master and did whatever I requested - definitely recommend her if you want your own, original look! I bought my custom wedding gown, my mother' gown for my wedding, AND my bride's maid dresses. All had the same exact experience. Absolutely pleased and in love with Joan Dominique!!!
If you are a bride who can't find what she wants in a typical bridal boutique, then go see Joan Dominique!!! She made my dress totally custom, from the fabric to the design. She ex...
ceeded my expectations and was great to work with. I absolutely loved my dress. It was perfect for me and it reflected my style and personality. Joan Dominique rocks! Absolutely talented and better than Vera Wang.
I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to find a dress, and then I went to this shop where I ended falling in love with not one, but two dresses! They helped me narrow it down and...
thanks to them I have my dream dress! I highly recommend this bridal store! The staff were also amazing!
After going to 8 different bridal stores in Tucson and Phoenix, Joan stood out as the best by far and I am still in love with my dress that I picked out there. Joan was such a joy ...
to work with, and I felt very cared for while trying on and choosing dresses. I also love that they were able to recommend three different seamstresses for alterations, and that I was able to have those appointments right in the store with my seamstress. Overall, a beautiful space, a gorgeous selection of dresses including brands not readily available elsewhere, and a truly wonderful experience from start to finish!
