Hiring JoAnn Moore for our wedding was the best decision we ever made! Wedding planning was getting to be very overwhelming and I was not enjoying the process like I wanted to. Once JoAnn was on board, a weight was lifted off my shoulders and I finally started feeling like an excited bride! She was always there for me when I had a question or needed advice. Once the pandemic hit I was scared my dream wedding would not happen. JoAnn stood by me every step of the way, helped keep everyone safe, and I fell like the new wedding we had to plan turned out more amazing then I ever could have imagined. Her years of knowledge, mixed with our creative style made, what most of our guests say, was “the best wedding they had ever been to!” She worked with us to keep things in our budget, she collaborated with all the vendors perfectly, and was exactly as “hands on” as we wanted her to be. On the day of the wedding she helped everything run so smoothly and we were able to fully enjoy every special minute of our big day! JoAnn and Mindy were the best, I had the best time at the wedding because they took care of everything!! I did not have a worry in the world. For the two weeks up to the wedding they were on top of it. Confirming everything, setting timelines and basically making sure this was a truly beautiful and lovely event.

JoAnn is wonderful! She pulled together many elements of our wedding that would have otherwise been overlooked or caused great stress. We were able to be in the moment and experience the day just as we had wanted to because JoAnn and her team were handling all of the details.

Amazing! JoAnn and Mindy were the absolute BEST! We planned our wedding, which was at a beautiful cabin on the side of the mountain in Beaver Creek, Colorado, from Chicago. Both my wife and I are full time professionals and had very little spare time to plan so this really could have been disasterous. JoAnn and Mindy were recommended to us by a co-worker and I am understating it when I say everything was PERFECT! From the initial planning, to the vendors, the timing, transportation, rehearsal location, lodging, decor, and especially the day of JoAnn and Mindy made sure we did not see one ounce of drama and everything went off without a snag! They were nothing short of amazing and well worth every single penny paid! To put it in context the wedding cabin was located on a ski run. They could not even start getting it ready until the mountain was cleared at 430 pm. Our guests began arriving at 6 pm. And they NAILED IT!! After the ceremony and during the reception nearly every single guest commented how ours was the most beautiful, amazing wedding they ever attended and would point to some aspect that JoAnn and Mindy were responsible. We worked mostly with JoAnn until the event and what we got was well beyond just a planner...we got a counselor, a professional, and a friend. When we had moments of stress and anxiety we would call JoAnn and within minutes the issue was resolved and our stress and fears allayed. Even after the wedding JoAnn and Mindy continued to work making sure everything stayed perfect. This is literally but a snippet of what JoAnn and Mindy did and we will Be forever grateful for making our special day absolutely amazing! JoAnn was our planner 6 months before the wedding. She was wonderful at keeping us organized with all the little details leading up to the wedding. It was a destination wedding so having her at the destination really helped put me at ease. She was amazing also when it came to last minute problems, she always had a solution. Like she made flower arrrangements for rehearsal dinner with 4 days notice and they were lovely! Mindy her assistant was there for JoAnn- her right hand lady. They work great together as a team. Rehearsal & the day of the wedding they both kicked it into high gear from waters for the wedding party to baskets in the restrooms filled with toiletries. A+++

JoAnn and her team are incredible. The BEST EVER. I have known JoAnn since I was 3, so her planning my wedding was extra special. My husband and I trusted her completely, and that is hard to do because I am very meticulous, a perfectionist, and have high expectations. With that said, JoAnn captured my vision PERFECTLY (really, my day was perfect). She took my ideas and made them ever better. From the little tied ribbons around my place settings, to the placement of signs, flowers, etc. everything was exactly like I wanted, and I didn't have to stress. Not only was it about the wedding day, it also was about the entire planning process. They kept me calm when the rain came, and had clear communication with my guests throughout the evening. We had the best weekend every, I wish I could do it all over again. I am a wedding planner myself and what I realized while planning my own wedding was that this might be the only time when all my closest friends and family would be together. JoAnn and her team were amazing to work with. I was a NY bride getting married in Colorado so it was great to have assistance with a destination wedding. You can tell she has done this many times as everything went flawlessly- even the groom got to the ceremony site on time, and thats impressive as he is always on his own time. She knew what vendors would work best for me and made the "interview" process easier as I did not have to search high and low for the best vendors, she just had a list. She has great communication and will get anything done that needs to be done. I cannot thank her enough for taking on most of the stress for my wedding so I did not have to. She is worth every penny.

JoAnn is the best!!! She made my dream of a destination winter wedding in the mountains of Colorado a reality. Every vendor she recommended was outstanding - venue, DJ, hair/makeup, cake, flowers, etc. All on point and reasonably priced for the area. JoAnn was very accessible by email and phone throughout our 8 month planning process. My wedding day was absolutely perfect - the best day of my life so far. I didn't have to worry about a single thing as JoAnn and Mindy were on top of everything. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has ever dreamed of a fairytale mountain wedding.

A most spectacular, perfect day we had in Beaver Creek! Joann helped us have the perfect location, vendors and wedding day.

JoAnn is the best. She has years of experience and it showed in pulling off a great wedding for our daughter. She steered us to the perfect venue, with nearby hotel and restaurant facilities for all our needs. No one had to drive anywhere. Her vendors are great, talented people who know what they are doing. The Photographer, Florist, Band, Cake, and Food - all were excellent. It was a joyous way to launch a new couple and it all happened seamlessly. Beavercreek is a glorious setting.

After our daughter and son-in-law chose Vail, CO for their July 2, 2016 destination wedding, we quickly realized that destination planning is not for amateurs! We hired JoAnn and Mindy, and could not have been more pleased with the whole process. JoAnn has worked closely with all of Vail Valley's best vendors, and every vendor we hired spoke very highly of her. They were all competent and professional, and under the guidance of JoAnn, collaborated to create a wedding that many of our guests claimed was "the best wedding they have ever attended." She even managed to stop the rain and make the sun come out for our outdoor ceremony! JoAnn and Mindy are not only professional, but kind, personable and fun. It is an honor to tell others just how great JoAnn Moore and her assistants are for planning a wedding on relatively short notice and in a different state than everyone who would be attending. She was recommended to me by a friend and from the minute we met over the phone, she planned a spectacular event which pleased everyone. She suggested a venue, recommended a caterer and location for the meal, helped me find a baker, hired shuttle services from the airport and to the ceremony, provided sparklers and decorations for the dinner, helped with the flowers and gave us a whole bunch more time than I ever expected. What an amazing experience working with JoAnn from Mountains and Meadows. We live in PA and were getting married in Vail, Co, and needed a professional wedding planner to help us have our dream wedding. JoAnn made the planning process stress-free and enjoyable for us. My mom and I met with JoAnn for a weekend in May to discuss our ideas, look at venues, etc. and she made us feel like her only clients. She was always available to talk and made us feel like we were important and special to her, always showing lots of excitement and enthusiasm. From our welcome gifts, to our rehearsal dinner to our wedding, JoAnn has an eye for detail and creativity. She and Mindy were absolutely wonderful during our wedding weekend. We got married at the Vail Chapel and had our reception dinner at the Four Seasons. Joann and her team are terrific, and put together a great event for us. The rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception were beautiful, and Joann's attention to detail is impeccable. We are from Pennsylvania and had a limited opportunity to meet with vendors and locations, so we relied heavily on Joann to put everything together. Joann Moore and her team at Moutains and Meadows were absolutely fabulous! Both my husband and I are from Texas but decided to have a summer wedding in Colorado. We are both in medical residency and therefore did not have a lot of time to plan our "dream wedding". However, with the help of Joann and her team, we had a wedding that was even better than our dreams. We only had to meet with her once before our big day to relay our ideas and she took it from there! From the vendors to the venue, from the food and drinks to the string quartet, from the florist and all the way down to finding a "dog babysitter" for our precious puppies on our special day, Joann made our day top notch. Words can's can't adequately describe how amazing JoAnn and her staff are! Our wedding was absolutely dreamy, thanks to JoAnn. She is vibrant, energetic, fun to work with, and calming all at the same time! JoAnn was able to organize our entire wedding, including an Après-ski party that was a blast. On wedding day, JoAnn was there in a flash if we needed her, and all the while orchestrating the whole event. All of the vendors commented on how much they loved working with JoAnn. My wife and I can't say enough about how awesome JoAnn and her team are. After failing to accomplish anything by ourselves, we turned to Mountains and Meadows for help a very short six weeks before our wedding date. it was without question the best decision that we made all year. JoAnn immediately jumped to work and organized the ENTIRE event to perfection. Even without the benefit of time, she coordinated every last detail of our day with Beaver Creek Resorts, found an awesome florist, photographer and DJ and her decor suggestions were spot on. I have no idea how many hours she invested into planning our big day because she came to us only when a decision was needed. She even helped plan and organize our rehearsal dinner which wasn't a part of our contract. Although accidents out of our control occurred, she kept a positive attitude and level head and ensured that the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. Out Daughter was married October 26th 2013. We had the privilege of working with JoAnn Moore and Mindy of Mountains and Meadows in Vail, Colorado. From the very beginning they made us all feel welcome and like we had known them for years. The Ceremony at the Interfaith Chapel and Reception at the Arrabelle Hotel was beautiful, the food was delicious and the entertainment was exceptional. Guests stated it was a five star Wedding. The best wedding they had ever attended. One guest stated she cried more at this Wedding Ceremony than her own. It was heartfelt and meaningful from start to finish. We owe most of this to Joann and Mindy. Every detail was well thought out and took all the stress off the family so we could enjoy and treasure every moment. Joann and her team are wonderful! I was very upset that my supposed to be outside wedding was not going to happen due to the downpour, but Joann had kept a close eye one the weather and knew it wasn't going to be able to be outside, so she brought the outside in. There were lit aspen trees, and big mums, to make me feel like it was outside, and she positioned the ceremony so that there was an open door to the outside so we could feel the breeze and see the rain. It was the next best thing to actually being outside. She also coached my father and husband on their speeches, something that neither of them were very comfortable doing. They were both able to stand in front of the crowd with confidence. Don't know what I would have done with out Joann keeping everything organized and running smoothly!

JoAnn and her staff are absolutely amazing! From the beginning of our engagement through our big day, JoAnn was there, helpful and smiling every step of the way. Her enormous knowledge of planning, scheduling, vendors, etiquette, and advice made the whole planning process seamless. She knew just when to step in and calm a situation and when to step back and let you enjoy a moment. She is professional, caring and fun. She is the only person I would have trusted to help us with our special day. She supported all of our dreams, quietly handled any issues, and took care of our vendors from begining to end. We cannot thank her and the Mountains and Meadows, Weddings and Events staff enough for all of their hard work, support, and love over the past year. We sure will miss not talking to her regularly! I LOVE mountains and meadows. After our first convo, I felt she completely understood me and the type of wedding I was looking for. Joann and her staff are extremely attentive, knowledgeable and professional. Planning a wedding across the country was difficult to say the least- Joann was calming, re-assuring, helpful and quite honestly- became my savior from me going crazy. I was unable to go to Colorado during my engagement and Joann took care of EVERYTHING. She recommended the best vendors and truly listened to what I wanted. When we finally met during my wedding weekend, it felt like we knew each other forever- she took us to get our marriage license so our parents could relax and took us all around town to do errands. She fixed things without me even knowing they were broken. They are so organized and had every detail of the wedding weekend planned to the minute and it worked out PERFECTLY. We couldn't be more happy with Joann & Mindy in creating the best weekend of our lives- THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Joann was instrumental in my daughter's wonderful wedding in Vail this past weekend - we can't thank her enough! It is so important to actually enjoy the whole event and we certainly did because Joann and her staff did such an incredible job. We didn't actually think we needed a wedding planner and wow, were we wrong - we couldn't have done it without her. She handled everything with ease and professionalism.
