While she has played various roles in the legal world, she still holds love and romance as a top priority. She has done ceremonies at many unique locations, including public parks, waterfalls, sporting events, and bookstores. Jodi is open to serving both indoor and outdoor weddings, even on the water. She can perform rituals and recite vows for non-religious, traditional, and interfaith couples. For those that prefer something a little less traditional, she is more than happy to work with couples that prefer to write their own vows. Jodi serves several counties in Central New York, including Oswego, Madison, Jefferson, and Cayuga.

Jodi is an amazing individual. I hired her to do my ceremony in Ny state as my partner lives there even though I was from Canada. She communicated with me by phone n text right up until the date we arrived to our location ceremony. She went out of her way to make it special for us as we were in Covid mode. The vows she wrote for us was so heartfelt being we are not religious it fit perfectly for us. I go on and on about how you should hire her for your special day. If you decide to go with someone else you are making a big mistake. I am more then willing to give reference by phone or mail. Jodi was a perfect choice for our officiant! Our wedding was very low key, very private, and small. We wanted our tiny ceremony to reflect our appreciation for simplicity without feeling like we were just “getting things done as fast as possible.” She did a great job at putting together some things about us beforehand to write a ceremony that fit us perfectly. She also gave us a gift afterward and was funny, which we definitely loved. Jodi is awesome!

Finding an officiant, while an important step, was one of the last things I thought of. Even though it was such short notice, Jodi was able to accommodate our wedding into her schedule. She sent us her questionnaire and was able to write a beautiful ceremony speech from the answers we gave. With her sweet and funny personality, she was really able to put her own spin on something that's usually so traditional. We are so glad she was a part of our wedding day!

I literally wrote most of what our officiant said. She was accommodating and kind. She was priced reasonably and she didn't charge us for travel. She also gave us a card and a little gift which was super sweet.
