Jody was so great to work with! My husband has a dairy allergy, and we were thrilled to find a vegan baker who could make our wedding cakes. My husband wanted to do a custom flavor...
and design for his groom's cake, and she was all-in for his ideas. The cakes turned out beautifully, and everyone loved them! We will definitely be getting more cakes from her.
THE BEST CAKE ever.
Beautiful and delicious. She is an amazing baker and decorator.
Jody made us the most amazing vegan wedding cake! It was strawberry with strawberry filling and buttercream icing. We also had a wonderful red velvet option. I was nervous due to h...
aving egg and dairy allergies, but Jody was able to accommodate and we received so much positive feedback from the guests- they had no idea! She also delivered the cake to College Station the day of the wedding- amazing! Thank you!
Jody gave me the best wedding and grooms cakes! We got dairy and gluten free cakes, and none of my guest could tell. In fact we had to really keep them from eating all of our cake!...
The designs were exactly as we requested, simple and elegant. Jody even delivered to us which is about an hour drive, and the cakes were in a very secure box; not a piece of sugar out of place. She even stayed to help secure the cakes in position, as well as decorate with some of the flowers from the ceremony. I cannot recommend her highly enough for any event especially one that is so important. I will definitely be coming back to her for all of our biggest event cakes!
JodyCakes did an amazing job on our wedding cakes this past October. Our wedding cake was a beautiful 3 tier white cake with a different flavor for each tier. We also had a unique ...
request with the grooms cake design and she nailed it! Jody even provided gluten free cupcakes for family members who could not partake in the wedding cake and they were so ecstatic we had that extra touch for them. Jody not only makes amazing cakes but she was awesome to work with. Would recommend her 100% for any and all wedding cake needs!
We hired Jody because a) we loved the samples provided at her tasting and b) she specializes in vegan and gluten-free cakes. We originally ordered a 3-tier sour cream chocolate bri...
dal cake, a vanilla sheet cake and a dozen vegan cupcakes, but when our guest count turned out to be lower than expected, Jody was totally fine with omitting the sheet cake and reimbursing us. She also offered a very reasonable delivery fee, considering our venue was in Wharton. The cake turned out exactly the way we had asked, and everybody agreed it was delicious. Plus, our vegan guests loved the cupcakes we had ordered for them.
Jody was great to work with and obviously very flexible with our needs. We'd absolutely recommend her.
