We are beyond happy with our decision to book Joe for our wedding date this last September. From the first email sent out inquiring about availability to the the moment we received our beautiful wedding photos- everything was easy, professional, and friendly. He was helpful in the planning process, responding to emails quickly, answering all questions along the way, getting to know us and what we envisioned, and being flexible to match our needs perfectly. On our wedding day, he made everyone comfortable as he shot candid and group photos throughout the day. We were told by multiple people in our wedding group that they loved the photographer and how at ease everyone felt throughout the whole day. And lastly, our pictures are beautiful. Joe was one of the first photographers I looked at and I immediately loved the style of his work. As I researched other photographers, his pictures continued to stand out as my favorite and I kept going back to his page. We are so happy with our decision and are so in love with our wedding photos! Very thankful to Joe for the capturing our wedding day so perfectly.

Joe was amazing! He was our photographer at our wedding located at The Pfister Hotel in August of 2021. He was very organized throughout the whole process and very receptive to what we wanted. I loved that he uses both a film and digital camera. We absolutely love our photos and would highly recommend him!

We worked with Joe through our three wedding dates. We've done two engagement sessions (two different locations; our choice!) and he just did our wedding. It's been a privilege to work with him. He was respectful of our shot list, gave us creative angles and was with every step of our wedding day (without being in our way too). We've referred him to 2+ couples already. He's awesome!

Joe photographed our wedding on September 29th and he was amazing! We also did our engagement photos with him a few months prior and they were stunning. He is so friendly and extremely talented - he's just all around a really nice guy and good human! He showed up early, stayed late, and was super passionate about getting amazing shots. If you are looking for an organic, earthy, or artsy feel and amazing candids, Joe is your guy! I spent so much time researching photographers and Joe had the exact style and feel I was looking for. He worked well with our entire bridal party, including the little kids and our two doggies :) HIGHLY recommend!

Hiring Joe was one of the easiest parts of our wedding planning. He is so passionate about what he does, and it shows in his work. He is a fun personality that everyone enjoys being around. Joe was the photographer for my sister's wedding, and their pictures were absolutely gorgeous, that I had no doubts Joe would do an amazing job. We are in love with our pictures! My husband and I could not be more thankful! We loved Joe's work online and decided to meet him and his wife over coffee. We clicked right away! He traveled pretty far for our engagement photos and our wedding day! I could not imagine our wedding day without him. He loves getting to know his couples, and takes his work seriously. I cannot say enough about Joe. He is an incredible photographer and even better person. He was an absolute joy to work with and we were very happy with our photos both for the engagement shoot and our wedding day!

Hiring Joe as our wedding photographer was one of our best decisions. If we could rate him an 11 of 10, we would. Joe is an extremely talented photographer and on top of that, he was extremely friendly, professional, timely, and knowledgable. I had met Joe prior to my wedding when he photographed my friend's wedding. As she had a great experience, we set up a skype meeting with him. From the beginning we knew we liked him. My husband and I were living in Seattle at the time and Joe was very accommodating with the long distance. We even chose to cover some costs to have him fly out to Seattle to take our engagement photos there, which are picture we will cherish from that time in our lives. Joe is flexible, easy going, and fun to be around; he did a great job making my husband and I feel comfortable in front of the camera. Following our wedding, I had many family and friends comment on how great he did and how unobtrusive he was during the ceremony and reception. He arrived to my house early the day of our wedding and stayed late to take some amazing night photos for us. Joe provided us with so many amazing photos and we will forever be grateful for the moments he captured! Hire Joe for all your photography needs!

I don’t even know where to begin! I can’t say enough good things about Joe. He’s an amazing individual with a special talent and I couldn’t image hiring any other photographer. From our initial meeting with Joe until the wedding day itself, he was there for us. We enjoyed getting to know Joe during the meetings and our engagement session – he’s a fun person to be around and makes the fact that you’re getting your photo taken a thousand times fun and easy. His turn around is incredible and the number of photos you receive is unbelievable. Our families and guests at the wedding loved him – everyone kept saying (during and after the wedding) how hard he was working and it’s true – he works hard and delivers beautiful photos that we will cherish forever! I cannot recommend Joe enough for any of your photography needs.

We LOVE Joe! Joe was such a great part of our wedding day! He has such a great artistic eye, there were so many times he said "I have an idea!" He is so laid back and easy to work with! He was there getting photos of us getting ready through the reception, making sure he captured our entire day for us! He did our engagement pictures as well and we were more than thrilled with them!! I'm sure when we get our wedding photos back we will feel the same!

Joe was such a great part of our whole wedding experience! From the first time meeting him to the day we got our final edits, he was so easy to work with and you can tell he truly loves what he does! A friend of mine recommended that we use Joe Hang as our wedding photographer and it turned out to be a great experience. Joe took great photos that were artistic yet classic. He was flexible and easy to contact on the day of the wedding. He did a good job of communicating with us in advance to make sure he knew was we had in mind for our wedding day. We also did an engagement photo session and were very happy with the experience.

One word to describe Joe...AMAZING! Not only are his pictures breathtaking and meaningful, Joe as a person is truly awesome! Joe is a fantastic photographer! He captured the dramatic wedding style of photography that I wanted perfectly! Joe does film photography as well as digital which adds such a depth to photos. He was fantastic with all of our guests, in fact many of our guests are using him for future photo projects! Great job Joe! Thank you for everything you did to make our day wonderful!

Joe is a pleasure. He really listened to what we wanted, and we were very happy with our wedding and engagement pictures. He took a ton of pictures, and got them to us in a timely fashion. Joe was a great choice! I was really particular about my photographer and deliberated for a LONG time before deciding on Joe and I definitely made the right choice! Joe made us comfortable and had really great ideas and was open to our suggestions as well. The engagement session was a ton of fun and Joe really dedicated his time to getting us some great shots! My only disappointment was not having scheduled enough time on the wedding day to get more great pictures! I would definitely recommend Joe's work!

We absolutely loved Joe! He was very professional. He came to the salon right when us girls got there at 8 am (he was not told he had to be there!) and stayed with us until the very end of the reception at midnight. Very affordable. We loved his artistic view, and were very pleased with our photos! He did our engagements as well. He feels like an old friend!

He listened to all our ideas and was very laid back with all the relatives with cameras. We also appreciated that he took pictures non-stop but was always in the background and not telling us to look a certain way or to stop moving. His pricing was just right for us, as well.
