The BBQ was amazing!! The people serving helped dish my plate since they didn’t want me to get my dress dirty with the BBQ sauce. They even came up to our table and asked us if we want them to bring us a second plate. They we so accommodating and it’s Joes so of course the food was amazing!!! Even the Kansas City people were amazed by the food!!!

We really loved working with Joe's KC! The food was amazing with people raving about it all night long, especially the macaroni and cheese. It was super easy to communicate with the catering team, and they made the whole process a breeze. We can't recommend Joe's KC enough! It's the perfect KC staple for a wedding.

The food!!!! Amazing!!! We didn’t go for a “trial” we just knew we liked it. The communication was easy, pricing was reasonable, and all around, amazing. Could not recommend Joe’s enough!!!!

Joe's KC was perfect for our large rehearsal dinner. The food was delivered on time and was DELICIOUS. We received so many compliments from the guests on the food. Being from Kansas City, we wanted to give our guests a memorable experience and leave them with a lasting impression of just how good KC BBQ is. Joe’s not only delivered, but they exceeded our already-high expectations. Guests from Texas and North Carolina said it was some of the best food they had ever eaten, not just BBQ. We couldn’t have been happier with the ribs, brisket, pulled pork or delicious sides. As a bonus, we also get to enjoy a freezer full of delicious leftovers for the next few months, which is awesome. While planning the wedding, we were concerned that there might be a drop-off in the quality of the food since it was catered. However, it tasted like we were having ribs and a pulled pork sandwich at the gas station off of 47th Ave. In addition to absolutely crushing it on the food side, they delivered our linens on time and they did a fantastic job of assembling our special donut cake before guests arrived. Having amazing food at our wedding was one of our biggest priorities, and we could not have been happier with Joe’s. Thanks to each staff member for helping make our big day so memorable.

My wife Laura and I knew bbq would be the perfect Kansas City wedding reception meal, and Joe's always delivers in large portions at a very reasonable price. Joe's was very flexible with our guest number and the value per plate kept us in budget. We even asked them to do the cake cutting for a small fee and they did a great job. Full service and the staff was friendly and professional. Thanks Joe's!!

When we decided to get married in KC, Joe's was the obvious choice for catering. Everyone had so many good things to say about the food. My only wish was that they catered their fries :(. They are so reasonably priced and easy to work with. Katie was so easy to get a hold of and made all my last minute requests work out. We can't thank them enough!

Joes KC was a great decision for our wedding. Everyone was so excited when they heard we were serving it! It was also one of the cheapest catering options I had found( win -win ) Katie, the catering manager, was very easy to work with and let me come in to decide on the plates and silverware options. She was very flexible and I didn't have to turn in my final count until a few days before the wedding. We had plenty of leftovers and had several guests say " I was so full after your wedding" You don't find many people saying that after traditional wedding meal.

Award-winning BBQ that gives your guests a true taste of Kansas City! Worth every penny, a great value and you get to keep everything that is leftover! My husband definitely won't complain about having BBQ for the week after our wedding!

We held our rehearsal dinner in our backyard and had Oklahoma Joe's deliver. Our guests were thrilled and the amount they recommended was perfect. We had very little left over! Their prices were extremely affordable and extras like pickles & bottles of BBQ sauce were included. If we ever host another big event, Oklahoma Joe's is definitely where we will cater from!

We wanted to have a fun and laidback wedding so living in Kansas city BBQ was a no brainer. I have eaten at Oklahoma Joes several times so it was one of the first places that came to mind for catering. We tried three different BBQ caterers of which Oklahoma Joes had by far the best pork and chicken. The sides were basics but very good! The value for the food is great and the service was very good. The only downside is that the basics are paper plates and plastic silverware. However, given that our wedding was rustic vintage themed I had planned on doing eclectic floral plates so that factor was easily overcome. If you are looking at BBQ for your wedding the food, value and service can’t be beat!

First off, the food was AMAZING and we had plenty! Guests were going back for second and thirds. The staff picked up guest plates (totally unexpected) and we had a ton of left overs! Love OK Joes!

We had so many compliments on the barbeque. The food was served hot and fresh. The guys were extremely nice and professional. They even came around and picked our plates when we were finished eat, which impressed me! After dinner was served, and everyone was finished, they triple checked with me that everything was what we wanted and made sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend! :)

The food was packed and ready to go when we arrivd to pick it up. It was in very organized containers with instructions for reheating. The employees helped to load everything in to my car and offered advice on how to best transport it (we were traveling an hour away on a hot day). I would use their catering service again!
