About this vendor
Your wedding day is coming. When it finally arrives, the day will be filled with emotion, community, beauty, and it will fly by right before your eyes. After the dust has settled, looking back on memories will bring you right back to the moment (even the ones you missed). That’s where we come in.
As the founding photographer, I bring along a unique set of skills that have aided me in the last 12 years to capture beautiful moments in over 300 weddings and counting.
Your wedding day should be captured in a way that shows who you truly are. Who the community is that helped shape you both into the people you are, and who you will be together from that day on.
Let me capture your day as it unfolds. The big, the little, and the In-Between Moments.

Johanna did both our engagement session and our wedding. First of all, she was a champ during the engagement session because it was roughly 94 degrees with 190% humidity on that la...
te April day last year. All of our photos turned out amazing for both events. Even though I've only seen the sneak peek wedding photos so far, I'm blown away. The whole day was such a whirlwind and it's amazing to be able to relive it through these pictures! I can't wait to see the rest!
Johanna is laid back me easy to work with. We were amazed that she and our videographer had never met because they both worked so well with one another. True professionals!
We first met Johanna when we had our engagement session with her. My husband and I instantly clicked with her and felt so comfortable. She is so awesome! Our pictures were so beaut...
iful. She is so creative. I absolutely love that she doesn't over edit to make us look fake. Her pictures are naturally beautiful. She uses the beautiful sunlight and nature as her backdrop. We also chose her for our wedding photographer. She was the absolute best. She was nothing but helpful to me as the bride. She was a champ putting up with our crazy families. Lol. She went above and beyond our expectations. She made sure she stayed until she felt I would be satisfied. That meant so much to both of us. We are so excited to get our pictures back because we know they will be amazing. We will be using Johanna for more beautiful pictures in our future!
We used Johanna for our engagement photos. She was truly amazing with working with us on a short notice due to my husband getting orders for a temporary deployment. She took some o...
f my photo ideas off of Pinterest and did her own twist. The pictures turned out perfect, everyone in my family loved them all. Which made it hard to pick for the invites!
She is the sweetest! And so creative. I love my bridal photos and can't wait for the wedding!
Johanna has been a pleasure to work with from the very first meeting. Not only were we lucky enough to have her as our wedding photographer, but she also did our engagement shoot. ...
Johanna has some amazing and creative ideas. She is also open to your ideas and making sure you have the pictures you want! What I love most about her, is that she uses the beautiful outdoors as her backdrop.
Johanna was worth every single penny! We wanted the rights to our pictures so our family and we could print what we wanted, how we wanted, and Johanna gave us exactly that. Not onl...
y is she a wonderful, friendly person, but she gave us exactly what we asked for. She traveled to two different locations for our engagement pictures and she did all of the crazy pictures I asked for! Her photography still is amazing and for the price she is a bargain! I can't imagine anyone not being happy with her pictures! We have received tons of compliments and she will be our go to photographer from now on!!!!!!!!!
My husband and I were on an incredibly tight budget for our wedding (we paid for it ourselves). That being said, I knew that skimping on your photographer is not the way to go.

Johanna was wonderful about working with us on our budget. Her style is beautiful and the pictures I have so far are incredible. I have had so many people tell me that her pictures are the most beautiful they have ever seen. I have even had people tell me that a few of the pictures made them cry (I'm not exaggerating). She was on time, creative with her pictures, very friendly and flexible when working with my family and guests, and had a schedule to get us to the reception as quickly as possible.
If you are looking for a photographer that has a more modern approach to photography, Johanna is the way to go. Her ability to capture light in a photo is breathtaking and she has a way of drawing you in and making you feel the emotion of the subject. So, if you are getting married in the South Georgia, Florida area, you must give her a call!
Although Johanna herself wasn't able to shoot our wedding, she had her husband and her best friend did it. My husband and I are so pleased with the results. Plus, she is one of t...
he most affordable photographers in South Georgia without lowering her quality. We were excited to even see a sneak peek of some of our pictures on her blog when we arrived back from our honeymoon. I would highly recommend her!
