getting ready before the ceremony he was taking pictures of all of my accessories including my wedding dress. My bridesmaid noticed he was handling my dress with white gloves, to make sure that it was in pristine condition for my big entrance. I have never met a photographer nor a person that showed such courteous and respect. I was very impressed. As The day went on he captured beautiful, unique and inspiring photographs of our family and friends and of us of course. He captured moments between my husband and I that I will cherish for a lifetime. One of my favorite photographs was a picture of myself and my husband in a topiary tunnel, that was just glowing. It was a moment that stood still for me. He was also very pleasant with our family and friends like he was part of our family for decades. Like I said before if you want to have a grand adventure on your wedding day with first-class treatment. John will not only deliver with stunning photographs but he will capture your hearts as well. He was constantly confident and in control of the situation, often times even helping keep the wedding party on schedule! o we wanted. Upon meeting John, within the first minute, I knew he would be coming to our destination wedding with us to Mexico! He also made the process so easy and relaxing so we didn't have to worry about a thing. As far as price, he was very reasonable. He worked with us and our needs based on what we wanted. We figured out that he gave us much more that the others that we interviewed, and the resort as well. One other thing that we were worried about was our destination wedding photographer. You never know what you are going to get when you book a destination wedding, and have never met the resort photographers. It felt really good to meet him first so that there were no surprises. The resort photographer was also way higher priced than John. Our pictures turned out wonderful! We couldn't be happier!! We highly recommend him for any type of wedding and plan on using him in the future for other things! Thanks so much John!!!

sure we got those iconic pictures that my wife and I will keep looking back at for years to come. The man was everywhere, every great moment was captured throughout our wedding day. Not only are the pictures fantastic, but the entire process was straight forward and easy to deal with, from signing the contract, to finally receiving our pictures, and I have to say, the wedding albums that he makes, are absolutely beautiful. We chose the option of having John create our wedding album, and it was the best decision, not only did we not have to worry about it, but his choices were spot on, and we're very happy with it. Working with John has been a pleasure, and we look forward to continue working with him in the future for all our life's events.

and now wife, met John at a bridal expo in the NW Chicago suburbs in early February '14. Ironically, he was among the last table/exhibit we visited at what was our first and subsequently, only expo. We were so impressed by John's persona and demeanor. At the time, he was just a few months into his professional photography career, so what he was able to offer us in terms of a so-called "package" was extremely attractive based on our relatively undefined budget. That said, it was worth every penny. To be perfectly honest, it was a steal - especially after viewing the thousands (yes, thousands) of photos he took and touched up and made available to/for us. Furthermore, though (and this is the shameless, intangible pitch), John's professionalism and personable nature, in addition to his vision, creativity and execution, made for a seamless, yet memorable experience for not only Karen and myself, but for our entire wedding party and guests. THIS is the kind of thing you can't put a price tag on. Do yourself a favor and do NOT cut corners with your photography budget. John/his services is competitively priced and his final product speaks for itself. Also, he's the kind of guy you stay in touch with and would/will be friends with and meet for drinks, if that's your thing. If you are still reading this, well-done. le are so comforting (I'm not a huge fan of being the center of attention) that I didn't want to stop taking photos! There isn't one photo that I "wished" he got because he was so thorough. His patience with me and all of my lists was something I'll be forever thankful for. We are so happy and blessed to have worked with such a talented photographer.... And his beautiful wife/assistant is wonderful too :)

He sent multiple follow ups our way to double and triple check he had everything down we wanted. Our wedding was his first Jewish wedding, and he captured all of the necessary events - the chuppah, the circling of the groom, the breaking of the glass, the ketubah signing, the horah and everything else that goes into a Jewish wedding. Our wedding was also on New Years Eve, so he got amazing shots of the countdown, passing out champagne, and the midnight kiss of course! The day of my wedding, John couldn't have made me feel more like a bride. He was so tentative to everything I asked and made sure that both me and my husband and our families were happy all day. All night, people kept coming up to us saying how great our photographer was. We received the proofs a little less than a month after the wedding, and were speechless. All the pictures were beautiful. The whole night was captured in a way that I couldn't have imagined. I just received our album and a few actual photographs a few days ago from John and am so excited to share them with our family and friends. As my husband and I begin our lives together, we will absolutely be using John for future events!

He called us 2 weeks before the wedding and again the week of the wedding with amazing ideas of types of pictures to take, ideas of locations we could go to near our venue, and backup ideas in case of rain. By the questions he asked us and how he approached every situation, you could tell he has been in the industry a long time and has worked with a variety of bride’s styles and cultures. During our wedding day, we hired him for unlimited hours and he absolutely followed through being there from the minute we got to the salon in the morning to the last song the DJ played at night. His laid-back yet attentive personality made our day run so smoothly allowing our entire wedding party to have a blast. If you’re considering hiring John, do so before he gets booked on your day. You won’t regret it.

u. I couldn't have imagined my story being told by anyone else.

I didn't hesitate to hire him for my own wedding nearly a year later. In fact right after I got engaged, my sister told me to immediately call John and reserve him before anything else! So I did. People from her wedding were so impressed that they were actually IN so many of the shots. John had a way of capturing the moment but never getting in the way of the moment. I've been to many weddings where other photographers are all bumbling and awkward and always in the way of something or someone. Not John! He was there, you know he was based on the pictures, but he was such a ninja about it! Totally looking forward to working with him for my own wedding. It's real nice to know that with all the stress of wedding planning -- I don't have to worry about the photography because I KNOW it will be perfect!

He has an incredible eye and was great at capturing the entire day from getting ready in the morning to the end of the night celebration. Months later, we still are getting compliments on our photos and on how awesome our photographer was. He worked with us to fit our requirements into our photography budget. We didn't do an engagement session at all so we only wanted the ceremony and reception. He was very organized and went through everything we wanted him to capture. When the day came, we didn't notice him at all as he worked. The family pictures after the ceremony were over in less than 45 minutes and we were off to celebrate. At the reception, he blended in effortlessly with the guests. Everyone was amazed at the amount of photos he was taking. We only required him to be there until 9 but he stayed much longer because he was having such a good time. In all, he took over 4000 pictures. Yes, 4,000. He culled through them all and presented us with a customized wooden flash drive with over 1500 high resolution photos to do with as we wished. We consider John a friend now and never hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends getting married.

The day of the wedding he was about 15 min late but he answered my phone call right away and reassured me he would be there. he was so fast and fun to work with he was climbing on and moving everything to make sure the perfect shot. he was always asking if there were any shots i wanted and he made sure to they were taken. we wanted sunset shots but unfortunately we ran out of time but made up for it by taking some AMAZING night shots with the capitol in the background! I will defiantly be looking him up for couples shots in the future!!!
