Kristi was so warm, knowledgable, and thoughtful during the planning process, helping us understand the pros and cons of various logistical options and working with us to design a great menu and detailed timeline, all while keeping our limited budget in mind and making lots of really helpful cost-saving recommendations. Her staff was equally terrific in keeping the party (and the bar) running smoothly, seamlessly facilitating the conversion of our single-space venue from ceremony to cocktail hour to seated buffet dinner with dance floor. The food was DELICIOUS -- lots of guests were raving about it -- and Kristi made sure that the two of us got to try everything and eat enough while being pulled in a million different directions. We even had some leftovers to take home, which we've been enjoying all week!

I really felt like I had nothing to worry about the whole day and they made sure I did not. If you are looking for an on site caterer I highly recommend them! All of their food was fresh and delicious and being that my venue was just a venue rental and I had to be prepraed with renting and bringing everything myself from elsewhere, Kristi made sure I had everything I would need and if there was anything I forgot they were prepared for that too. w you choose the menu that suits you. Kristi the catering manager was amazing to work with and was super helpful when it came to menu planning and accommodating our gluten free guest. Our venue required a site visit prior to booking and she was more then willing to make the trip out. Kristi and her team did an amazing job the day of the wedding, from the bar and food service to the breakdown of everything at the end of the night. They were very efficient, organized, and packages all the leftovers for us to take home. I highly recommend booking this team for your event.

sure your day is a success. Booking and designing the menu was so easy; the tasting was great; and the price was within our budget. Not only are John Claude’s prices reasonable, but Kristi reviewed our rentals list and pointed out a few items we could probably do without. Leading up to the wedding, Kristi checked in a few times to make sure everything would be seamless the day of. And on the catering side, everything was! Unfortunately, our venue dropped the ball on a number of things, such as setting the correct number of places at each table, not having enough space for the buffet tables, and so on, but Kristi and the staff stepped up immediately to fix everything so all our guests could have seats and be comfortable. The phrase “above and beyond” gets used so often, but I don’t know how else to describe what she made possible, even when our venue was making it very difficult! They brought me and my husband a plate of appetizers right away, made sure our glasses were always full, and checked in to see if we needed seconds, etc. And of course, so importantly, the food was amazing! I’ve rarely had salmon so moist, and certainly never at a high volume event. The vodka penne, eggplant rigatoni, roasted potatoes, and steak were also particularly fantastic. So many of our guests were remarking on how much they loved it. I would book John Claude Exclusive Catering again in a heartbeat, and am forever grateful to Kristi for making our day a success!

We had a home wedding for 140 guests which requires extra planning and sometimes getting creative with space and supplies and Kristi was available to help us figure everything out from where food prep stations made sense, to how many cups, napkins and other supplies we’d need. She also offered suggestions to minimize unnecessary expenses and wedding details that could be skipped without sacrificing anything about our or our guests’ experience. And lastly, the service the day of was nothing short of amazing. Kristi and her team set up our reception tent beautifully, served hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour so efficiently, moved guests through our buffet quickly and brought my husband and I specially crafted plates all night long to make sure we were eating and got to eat while the food was hot. That personal touch allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our wedding. The bartenders were also excellent and tons of fun! They also cleaned and and packed everything away at the end of the night so well that you’d hardly know we’d just just served dinner, dessert and drinks to 140 people. Highly recommend booking this team for your wedding!

She was able to walk us through the planning, helped us figure out what food we wanted for the wedding and even coordinated an extra tasting when the menu selections we choose were available. On the day of the wedding, she was present and even brought us some of the appetizers while we were waiting for our big entrance. The food was great and the cleanup was impressive. Kristi took the time to talk to my other vendors including the baker and DJ in order to have a smooth running event the day of. Kristi and her team did an amazing job the day of the wedding including bar and food service as well as set up and breakdown of everything. Our guests were raving about the food and ambiance for days after the event. Kristi, the caterer took care of every detail before the big day and made us feel at ease with all the changes that 2020 brought. She even helped coordinate the day of, the bartenders helped wait on tables when they had down time, and all of the staff members were professional and kind. If you are considering them at all and enjoy peace of mind, GO FOR IT! My now husband and I enjoyed our day so much thanks to them.

were a delight to work with. They are both so friendly. Eileen made herself easily accessible on email and texts, though phone calls were the best form of communication. On the day of our wedding Eileen made sure my husband and I had food and a drink as soon as we arrived for cocktail hour. Eileen even helped me and my bridesmaids bustle my dress. Then there was the food! We were on a tight budget and their wedding packages was perfect for us. Their entrées were great and the appetizers were my absolute favorite!! We hired extra staff to help with serving the food and they were fantastic. One of the easiest vendors to work with from beginning to end!
