Over a year ago I was at a wedding and I met John, I called my fiance to come to the wedding to meet him because I knew he was going to be our photographer for our wedding. I got married Sunday 08.19.18 and I have never been happier. John you are one of the greatest gifts God has ever given to us. We never looked at you as another vendor we had to pay, you were instantly our friend and grew to be our family. You were there when we were stressed, you were there when we were sad and you were there during the most important moment of our lives. Sunday was a fairy tale because you were by our side making sure we had the best day of our lives. We owe everything to you and we are excited to see where the future holds for us. If you are a bride and groom reading this than know that John is worth every penny and even more because the photos he takes aren't just photos they are art, pure and beautiful. Not only is John an awesome human being outside of being a photographer, but his talent as a photographer is unrivaled and invaluable. He helped keep our wedding day low key and calm while ensuring that he had every detail of the day covered. Many of the special moments he captured could have easily been forgotten in the hustle and bustle of our wedding day but we now have photos that will last a lifetime to always remind us of how magical our wedding day was. John truly has a gift-- both as a photographer and a friend.

When my husband proposed the first person I phoned was John DeFiora Photography to ask him if he was going to be available to photograph our wedding in more than a years time. You see far before I even met my husband I had viewed images from a wedding that John DeFiora Photography had captured via a Facebook shared post of a mutual friend. I FELL IN LOVE! I could tell from the comments on the photo that John had a terrific relationship with the bride and groom and obvious from the images viewed the entire wedding party had a great time shooting with him. After a wonderful phone consult my husband and I flew to California so that John could take our engagement photos in the beautiful scenery of San Jose. When it was time for the wedding we flew him to South Texas where our wedding took place in the backyard of our picturesque ranch in Goliad. John flew in a few days early and spent some time with us going over how things needed to be set up at our home for optimal results of images, as well as scouting our first look location. John even helped me to put together a schedule that best fit the events of the big day which was vital to ensure that John never missed a moment and had enough time to capture the memories my husband and I were so eager to relive time and time again for our lives. John being very detailed oriented was an asset in final preparation for our wedding. The morning of the wedding was stressful and the moment John arrived he could tell by my expression I wasn't very happy with things so far. He pulled me aside for a one on one conversation which allowed me a view from a professional who's seen more than his share of weddings and knew what we were going through. He truly saved the day I tell you! As expected the entire wedding party had a great time joking around while shooting before the wedding. John definitely knows how to make you smile! Please don't misunderstand though, when it's time to get to business John makes sure the job is done professionally and I promise the results will exceed your expectations. My husband and I understood how important it was to select a quality photographer than was not only within our budget but a photog we could develop a bond with to become family after the festivities. Sure enough, John has. I'm certainly never getting married again, BUT for our vow renewal in 10 years, you better believe we will be flying John DeFiora Photography in once more to capture the memories so perfectly once again. With an abundance of photographers to select from, knowing what we know about working with John from experience and seeing how he continues to improve with each project he pours himself into, we wouldn't imagine going to anyone else.

It's less than 1 month and I already have my pics back. But more important than that they are awesome. I didn't want posed line up on the stairway. I wanted something different, but beautiful. Photojournalistic style.
