lity, variety and quantity of food . We decided on the sun-dried tomato chicken and beef with ajus. The Zucchini squash casserole was to die for and the green beans were so fresh. Salad dressing was fantastic! On our wedding day of the staff was wonderful and they served us personally “bride and groom” we never once had to get up to get our own food ! We continue to this day getting comments on how great our food was. Also I would like to say the set up went without a problem and they even came the day before to set everything they needed up ,all the chairs and table settings were absolutely perfect they rolled my napkins with a small white bow they placed on my chairs in the correct place it literally looks stunning I just want to thank you for being such a big part of our special day you will be hearing from us again for future catering.

They guided us on how much food we actually need for our headcount for cocktail hour, etc- that was very helpful. They have many different options and packages to choose from. Food is important! ght covered dishes we asked John Mason Catering to supply us with the meats. I ordered more than I thought we'd need but at the end of the party the pans were empty and dry. I heard nothing but praises about the meats and in the future will gladly recommend and use them again.

was supposed to hot was and the food that was supposed to be cold, was. I have been to my share of weddings and it is hit or miss but this team that Mr. Mason has hired hit the nail on the head. We had Chicken and waffles with a waffle bar with some specialty syrups and honey's I purchased. We had shrimp and grits that were out of this world. I made sure I was getting to eat at my own wedding because after the test tasting I WANTED MORE. Ms. Barbara that works for Mr. Mason is why everything tasted as good as it did, she had those collard greens melting in your mouth. When she saw this little southern girl walk in who wanted some fun "out of the box" food for her wedding she too was excited to cater the event. This is when we knew we were in the right place. I would recommend John Mason Catering to anyone in the Greater Tampa Bay area. I am still thinking about that chicken and waffle bar!!
