I look back through the album and I relive our day, I can feel the smile on my face and I can feel the love around me. That is truly a gift. They were so easy to work with and felt like old friends. I can feel very awkward in front of a camera and the whole day, it’s like the camera wasn’t even there. I’d hire them again 11 out of 10 times and I cannot recommend

She was the perfect photographer for our wedding, made my husband and me feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and captured every special moment of our day! She is the kindest human. The pictures take about 6 weeks to come back, we got 1300 images and download rights to all of those images. John's style of editing is very natural and bright, in my opinion. ike a seamless part of the process. They were fun to be around and helped us feel comfortable. They also worked seamlessly with our photographer (from another vendor) without it feeling like they were competing - they worked as a team.
Prior to the event we had meetings to align on our wishes for the video including sample videos we liked and music that would fit our styles. They used this information to provide a video that was essentially perfect on the first cut. They also turned the video around in <10 weeks from the event date.
We had been hesitant to spend the money on this extra expense but are 100% glad that we did. The video we purchased (a short film <6 minutes with aerial coverage) turned out amazing. We felt their prices were very reasonable given the quality. Having pictures is fantastic but the video helped us re-experience the day over and over again. We would absolutely recommend them for your wedding / special event.

Hannah and Sigourney were able to capture so many small moments throughout the day that my husband and I experienced AND the ones we didn't which we've loved to see in our gallery.
We received our engagement photos about 10 days after the shoot and our wedding photos one month later. We did not receive sneak peek photos which we were a little bummed out but when we received our gallery it was worth the wait!

The quality of our photos and video are wonderful and we are happy with the quality. Hannah was our main photographer on our wedding day, and she went above and beyond to help us with things that was not even her job! (Fixing my veil, etc.).
I highly recommend John Myers for your wedding choice, as I promise you will not be disappointed. I will be sure to refer to friends and family, and you will be hearing from me for future photo shoots!

onsive, professional, and at the end they delivered our dream wedding photos. Leading up to our wedding day John was easy to get ahold of, very responsive, and just a dream vendor to work with. We had a phone call with our lead photography prior to the wedding and filled out a questionnaire which allowed us to list all the shots we wanted. Day of we worked with Kelsey and Sigourney, and they were indescribably amazing. They were there every moment. They were professional during the intimate moments and fun during the more relaxed times – they made us so feel so comfortable the entire day. Our wedding party, parents, and guests all commented on how they loved our photography team. My husband and I are not very use to being in front of the camera, but their energy and professionalism made it all feel so natural and they really got us to loosen up and it shows in the photos. They went above and beyond to get every single shot we wanted, and literally were walking through mud, bustling my dress, and helping me fix my hair. Booking photography was one of the more stressful decisions of the wedding process, and we are so happy we chose John Myers Photography.

We were so concerned about feeling awkward with posing, since we don't do super well with that on our own, but they handled it all and made us feel like rockstars in the process. They got every photo from our requested capture list (and stuck to it, but were also so flexible if we felt like we needed more or less) and captured them in the most perfect and authentic way. They utilized all the available time for photos especially during the downtime prior to the ceremony. Since we had extra time, they had the great idea to go on a mini location shoot at the Parthenon and the photos are absolutely stunning! They are some of my favorite photos from the day; incredibly striking with this amazing iconic background. They did such a great job during our wedding and reception to ensure we had an incredible mix of planned photos and candid shots, which are some of my favorites!
