Our site was chosen based on the rules/regulations the venue had. If guest list was 275 or less we could bring in our own liquor and bartenders thus saving a lot of $$$. Also ...the bar was a separate room from the hall so it was quieter and people could actually talk without screaming.;The service fee for the security cop was a joke when he did almost nothing but sit in a back room.
