We had a mini-dessert buffet filled with many delicious and unique options for our guests. We heard from all our guests that the desserts were “AMAZING” and “definitely some of the best they’ve had at a wedding”. The wedding cake that Terry created for us was 3-tiers of stunning beauty, elegance and, maybe most importantly, mind-blowing flavor. lutely DELICIOUS! What's great about John Jean Juan cakes is that they are completely customizable! They have many different options for cake and buttercream and you can mix and match them! We chose an almond cake with raspberry and Chambord buttercream. Our guests all loved it!

!! It was overwhelming especially because he encouraged us to try combinations of all the buttercreams we could think of. We got a little sick of cake and frosting but the wedding cake was fabulous and the guests loved it. We had a 5 tier cake and three different types of frosting/cake combinations across the 5 tiers. People went back for seconds and now I can't wait for our first anniversary to pull the cake out of the freezer. The cake was very moist and the buttercream just delectable.
