guests, and Terry brought the vision to life perfectly.
The grapefruit crunch was the star of the show, and we had so much fun serving the cake to our guests! Terry was incredibly helpful throughout the design process and made the tasting such a fun experience, inviting us to his kitchen and offering so many options to help us figure out what we loved. Communication was always easy, and the entire experience was fantastic.
We’ll be thinking about this cake—and that grapefruit crunch—for a long time! Highly recommend Terry for anyone looking for a beautiful and delicious wedding cake.

ing/baking have always been the epitome of class, elegance, and flavor. Our wedding cake and desserts were no different! We had a mini-dessert buffet filled with many delicious and unique options for our guests. We heard from all our guests that the desserts were “AMAZING” and “definitely some of the best they’ve had at a wedding”. The wedding cake that Terry created for us was 3-tiers of stunning beauty, elegance and, maybe most importantly, mind-blowing flavor. We cannot recommend Terry highly enough for wedding catering and for wedding cake creations!

lutely DELICIOUS! What's great about John Jean Juan cakes is that they are completely customizable! They have many different options for cake and buttercream and you can mix and match them! We chose an almond cake with raspberry and Chambord buttercream. Our guests all loved it!
The best cake I have ever had!!! Terry Zila is so much fun to work with! We went to a cake tasting where he made four different "white" cakes to try and 25 different buttercreams!!...
!! It was overwhelming especially because he encouraged us to try combinations of all the buttercreams we could think of. We got a little sick of cake and frosting but the wedding cake was fabulous and the guests loved it. We had a 5 tier cake and three different types of frosting/cake combinations across the 5 tiers. People went back for seconds and now I can't wait for our first anniversary to pull the cake out of the freezer. The cake was very moist and the buttercream just delectable. I would highly recommend John Jean Juan cakes!!!!
