The food was absolutely outstanding—beautifully presented, delicious, and one of the highlights of the evening.  The team even came up with creative ways to present various courses based on our theme. Our guests are still talking about how amazing every course was! Amby was incredibly competent, unflappable, and detail-oriented as day-of-coordinator.  What truly set this team apart, however, was their compassion and professionalism during an unexpected medical emergency at the reception. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our catering team, Johnny Burke, and especially Amby and Danielle. When we first started planning our wedding, I did what most couples do and began by contacting the catering companies on our venue’s preferred vendor list. But after several conversations, I was honestly underwhelmed. The follow-through, response times, and overall creativity just didn’t match what we were hoping for.
