This was a terrible decision on our part. Serious lack of communication from the beginning should have given us a sign that it would be a bad experience. Once we finally got ahold of the catering coordinator to schedule a tasting, we had to kee...p rescheduling because of COVID which is not their fault. However, it would take weeks to reschedule the appointment and we would not get called back. Day of wedding comes and they call me (the bride) after being given a different number to call in case of emergencies. I had to hand off the phone to a very angry mother of mine. They tried to run the card multiple times and it kept showing that it would not go through even though it had in fact gone through several times according to the bank. Their system had had a glitch and instead of taking the bank statements word for it, they continued to call me (the bride) multiple times throughout the night. This was again after they were told to not call me and call my mother. They continued to call for several days after the wedding saying that they didn't have it even though we were out thousands of dollars saying otherwise. They were also pretty rude to my guests so much so that my guests told me at the brunch the day after the wedding. They served small portions and by the time people went to go get seconds they had already packed up the food (and the food was cold to begin with). In fact, the food was already completely packed before my husband and I had our grand entrance based off of the pictures our photographer got. After all was said in done, they credited us back some of the money for the inconvenience, but was not even enough to be worth it after the total disaster that they caused on my wedding day. And I still have pictures of my mom yelling on the phone while she put my dress on. Definitely will not forget that.
