Johnny Carino's Wichita Falls

Good food, bad service. That's about it. The food was delicious. We chose a few dishes that were really good including smashed potatoes which were amazingly delicious. We were told a few days prior to the wedding that we were not going to get the macaroni and cheese (which was awesome) for the children. And we found out at the reception that we were not getting the smashed potatoes that we paid for. The price per person was pretty good as was the food but the service was pretty crappy.

They were very helpful and easy to work with!

My husband and I went to Carino's after our original caterer dropped out. I was in a panic and came across their website. I was able to order a lot of food for a reasonable price (food for 60 people at $300. This price included delivery and setup). I really wish we had gone to them sooner. We ordered appetizers and salads. The Italian sliders were wonderful and we had plenty of bread which is a favorite among our family. I would definitely recommend them.

Carino's gave us amazing food, great service and was very easy to get in touch with. However, on my wedding day, I spoke to an all new person who told me that they could not find proof that we paid a down payment. This mistake caused for me stress and another mishap on my wedding day. In the end, everything was smoothed out and was charged fairly and quickly. In fact, if it weren't for this ridiculous mistake, I would say that my food was by far in the top 3 of most complimented things from my big day!
