Johnny Limo came to us by a recommendation for our wedding transportation. They were easy to contact and set everything up, at first. As our wedding date grew closer the communicat...ion dwindled. After several emails, and then phone calls our wedding transportation was confirmed 24 hours BEFORE the ceremony. After confirming the times and locations, the limo was then late to pick up the bridal party. We also did not receive the BRAND new limo we had been contracted to have. Instead the groom got a phone call the morning of our wedding and was told that we would be using two VANS to transport our wedding party. I can only speak for my husband and myself, we are very disappointed in the customer service, respect, and service that was delivered. We paid for one thing and got something completely different.
