space. What really appealed to us was how seamless they described (and then handled) the whole wedding day. We had an entire house for the wedding party to get ready in. The entire property was dedicated to us once guests started arriving. The outdoor area was stunning but the indoor "rain" option also would've been beautiful (this was important to us as other places we had toured would have a good outdoor space and then…a tent if it rains). Finally, the execution was flawless. I was not a bride that was interested in getting involved in every single detail but also did not have a planner, and the events team had it covered. Avery (Events Coordinator), Sarah (Day of Coordinator), and the events team had everything run so smoothly that my guests commented how chill I looked as a bride - of course I was, everything was being managed beautifully! I would highly recommend this as a venue (and highly recommend their flower team with Allie and Carol as well, which delivered our vision spectacularly and knew exactly how to decorate all of the spots to get the most effect).

pace speaks for itself. From our first tour to our wedding day the family at Johnson’s made the process so easy. The team on the farm are so professional and kind they made our wedding day run so seamless it allowed us to enjoy our big day stress free. The property is gorgeous no matter what season you have your wedding on the farm. We had our’s in October and the foliage was unmatched. I can’t recommend Johnson’s enough! Thank you again!!

coordinator (Avery) was amazing every step of the way. She had an exhaustive list of every possible detail for the day of that she went through with us more than once leading up to our wedding day. Everything went absolutely SEAMLESSLY with her by our side. We also got to meet her in person at their wedding expo that they hold each April. It was SO nice to put a face to the name beforehand. She showed us around to so many of their recommended vendors and it was so helpful to be able to see the space all done up for a wedding. This is where we got inspo for the string quartet we ended up booking! We also used their in house floral team and WOW. I was brought to tears at the vision Allie and Carol brought to life for us. They TRULY have an eye for detail and know the space better than anyone else. I CANNOT recommend going with them more. And I would be remiss not to mention our caterer. Zack, Dawn and Chelsea from Toscano were a DREAM to work with. They brought our Italian, countryside cocktail hour vision to life and their food cannot be beaten. We’ve been told multiple times over the last few months that our wedding was the best wedding our guests have ever attended. Although we are definitely biased, I could not recommend Johnson Locust more. Between their day of coordination, floral / event services and catering partnership with Toscano you will NOT find a better spot. And we haven’t even talked about how stunning the farm itself is! Thank you Avery, Allie, Carol and the Johnsons team for making our dreams come true.

day!!! Avery, Allie and team made wedding planning an absolute breeze and were so on top of everything, and not to mention, the sweetest people you’ll ever meet! All of our guests are still raving about our wedding, and everyone has told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to!! We toured a lot of venues and none compared to the beauty of Locust Hall Farm. Our day went absolutely perfect, without a single hitch, and we owe that all to the wonderful people at the farm who worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect for us. Their in house floral team is AMAZING, and decorated our venue so unbelievably beautiful- and our flowers were the most stunning arrangements we’ve ever seen. We also used Will for our videography, who is also in house, and he was the sweetest, kindest soul whose work is absolutely out of this world. I don’t think there’s a single negative thing we could say about our experience- we were so over the moon with everything and had the absolute best day of our lives. Thank you so much to everyone at Johnson’s Locust Hall Farm- we can’t wait to come back for farm to table dinners and all the other activities they offer!!

we thought “why would we complicate things by going to view other places?” and booked. Not only are the entire farm grounds just amazing, the family and staff are so down to earth, helpful, and kind. The operation they are running is weaved with the love and care that I feel only a family run business could provide – and that’s important to me. Allie and Jacob were our day of coordinators, and I wish they were my friends in real life. They were on top of every single thing while being laid back and genuine. I did my own centerpieces, and Allie took the stress off me having to set things up. I brought all of my center piece items and additional décor, and trusted Allie to set things up however she wanted. She was creative and made it look beautiful. During the night, Jacob found a 4-leaf clover on the grounds by the Stone Barn. He saved it, put it in one of our picture frames, and brought it to us at our sweetheart table as a sign of good luck for our marriage. We're going to the farm with my parents on Saturday for one of their "Night on the farm" events, and will continue to go back there for all our years. If you're looking for a venue that has true character, charm, and people that will take care of you - go check out this place!

y or event coordinator was Avery. She handled everything for us. Avery is such a good-hearted person and incredibly nice. She was accommodating in every way possible. During the prep stages of my wedding, she would check in with me often to go over day of details. On the day of our wedding, she checked in with me as well to ensure I was not stressed. We unfortunately had to change our plans for the ceremony to indoors from outdoors. While the outdoor setting at the farm is stunning for a ceremony, we had rain in our forecast. Avery and I had come up with a game plan a few days prior to our wedding to ensure a beautiful wedding ceremony would happen. I couldn't be any more in awe of how the ceremony turned out in the old barn. We ended up using old lanterns with candles and the area was stunning. The farm was also accommodating with an antique firetruck. They had a space for us to park the antique fire truck under to keep it dry from the rain. We used this truck for pictures. When it came to other pictures around the farm Avery took us around on a golf cart, so we weren't having to walk everywhere. I also want to make mention that the farm was also accommodating to us having our two Huskey girl dogs come to the farm for first look pictures. We used Smile 'N' Wag as our dog transport during the day of. Our caterer was Toscano Steakhouse in Bordentown, NJ. The farm works with Toscano's often, and because of this relationship I didn't have to get involved at all with anything behind the scenes between the farm and Toscano's during our cocktail hour and reception. Our food was amazing. Our photographer was Laura Leigh photo. She also has a great working relationship with Johnon's, so she knew every area to take us to get amazing pictures. I was so appreciative of this because we lost sunset pictures due to the rain, but she created stunning end of the evening photos in the old barn where our ceremony was held. Our wedding date was 9/29/2023. We kept with a fall theme and used fall decor. If I had to do this all over again, I would choose Johnson's Farm over and over again. The farm is truly stunning, and every staff member was accommodating and so nice. They truly care about making sure you have the absolutely best wedding experience that you will never forget. My guests are still talking about our wedding. We are so thankful we choose Johnson's Locust Hall Farm, Jamie and Mark Messino.

Allie and team made sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day from setting up decorations to organizing all our vendors. We really had the most perfect wedding day and that was made possible by the entire Johnson’s Farm team.

So responsive and helpful. They were so accommodating and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire planning process. Their flower team was amazing!! We got paired up with Allie and she brought our vague vision with no clear direction to life and exceeded all expectations! They had a few vendors to choose from for catering, we chose Olive and Shae and they did not disappoint! The entire wedding everyone couldn't stop complementing the farm and the food. Some of our guests are still mentioning the delicious Locust Hall Farm donuts we had in our welcome bags! The whole event was the perfect night and we couldn't have done it without all the help from Locust Hall.

e property, we knew it was the one. The grounds alone are insanely beautiful; we were able to shoot in their sunflower fields and even the drive up to the venue is breathtaking. You get a full home to get ready in that is charming and beautiful for photos. There is an outdoor ceremony space, a stone barn for cocktail hour (also the backup plan for ceremony), and a fully separate reception barn with an outdoor space. The Johnson family and staff are also beyond incredible. The most AMAZING service. They answered all of our questions and were so friendly and kind throughout the whole process. I encourage you to go to one of their open houses where their preferred vendors set up. You can truly envision your wedding day there.

Allie was my saving grace, with us every step of the way over our two years' worth of planning. I did not have to worry about a thing the day of. Each of the Johnson family members came by the farmhouse while we were getting ready to check on us, congratulate us and cheer us on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND including some special add-ons into your special day like the miniature pony (I love Penelope), smores around the firepit for desserts, apple cider donuts, and the most important FLORALS! Allie did everything in her power to bring our floral vision to life, even creating a custom hanging installation with chandeliers the day of the wedding! We have been married for two months now and our guests still cannot get over what an incredible time they had. Johnsons will forever be a part of our life from Breakfast with Santa with our nephews, to pumpkin picking and visiting the Market Barn for apple cider donuts and pickles. ourteous and kind from our first meeting. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and guided us throughout all of our decision making. Not once did we feel uncomfortable or pressured. My husband and I loved that even though we both work; our schedules were never an inconvenience whenever we were expected to stop by they worked with our availability. On our wedding day we were received by a staff member which also helped us unpack and settle into the farmhouse also making sure we were taken care of around the clock. So many people approached us at the end of the night and expressed how impressed they were with the service. At one point in the night my father had to walk back up to the farmhouse from the barn, it was a windy night, very cold. He said just seconds after he started walking, a staff member approached him and offered to give him a ride in the cart so that he did not have to walk. He came to me once he was back and said, "the staff here is incredible". That made us smile. Without a doubt we had found the perfect venue. Thank you, Johnson's Locust Hall Farm. It is the little things that make the biggest impact in people's lives. Especially on their wedding day. With all of this we just want to say thank you and we are definitely going to be recommending Johnson's Locust Hall Farm to all of our friends and family. Thank you for the wedding gift as well! Johnson’s staff kept an open line of communication with me from start to finish to perfect every detail of our wedding day. Avery was our primary contact and she was so responsive and helpful. One thing in particular that I loved about Johnson’s was that no matter what we wanted to customize or add to our day they were always willing to help and the answer was always “yes.” They wanted our day to reflect us as a couple and it truly did, down to even the smallest details. Our wedding day was perfect and I could not have asked for a better venue, so many of my guests told me that it was the most “unique” and “fun” wedding venue they had been to. I am so happy that we chose Johnson’s Locust Hall Farm, and would choose them again for special events in the future.

y. Allie was my day of coordinator and she is incredible! When my veil was misplaced for about 30 minutes right before the ceremony, she went looking for her own veil for me to borrow. And the attention that was given to an elderly relative who needed help getting around was impressive. The venue is gorgeous and speaks for itself! We truly could not be happier with our experience and are so happy we chose this venue.

The florals were stunning and more beautiful than we could have imagined when planning. Again the care and attention to detail and passion for what they are doing truly shined through in every arrangement. It was such a smooth and easy process as well keeping it all in house. Allie and Carol were incredible to work with and understood our vision for the day perfectly. Our day of coordinator from the Johnson’s staff, Sarah, was a pleasure to work with. She kept the day running on time. She communicated with vendors and made it all just run so smooth leaving us with nothing to worry about except taking in and enjoying our day. We really can’t say enough about how important having the day of coordinator was for us. We decided to go with Toscano for our catering and it was the best decision. 7 months later and our guests still talk about how incredible the food was. The cocktail hour food was out of this world and the entrees were so delicious. The Toscano team is a well oiled machine; they seemingly think of everything. A good example of this was that they provided us (bride and groom) our own private cocktail eating area immediately after the ceremony so that we could share ten minutes together as husband and wife before mingling, allowing us time to eat before the meet and greets. They accommodated all food allergies / requests to make various wonderful food options. They are such professionals and it showed through the whole night. The service was incredible and the food was amazing. Working with them leading up to the wedding was wonderful and they really listened to everything we wanted. The wait staff and bartenders enhanced the experience for our guests, and us. We will never stop reliving and dreaming about our perfect day at Johnson’s Locust Hall Farm.

The attentiveness, detail orientation and warmth we experienced was beyond exceptional, our day was PERFECT. ally came, I asked my Husband when we could go for a tour because I wanted to book them immediately, just on their beautiful space alone. When we finally booked with them, they were fantastic! Constantly reached out to us about things we would want to consider, how we were coming up to the date, and all the things we needed to know. We used their floral team for our big day and let me just tell you... WOW! I cried when I saw it for the first time. It was every bit of the floral design they sent me and more, it was a Christmas dream. Everyone was so kind and our day was PERFECT. We had NO hiccups on the day! The food was amazing, we went with Due Amici who went above and beyond everything we had hoped for. r decisions were made we didn’t worry about anything going forward. The venue itself is truly magical with its warm and inviting charm and beautiful landscape. Our photos from the sunflower field worth it alone. Our family and friends still talk about that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been too. The fire pit with s’mores is a must !! Something everyone enjoyed and was probably the funnest desert option we could’ve ever had. All of it put together was truly a magical evening and something we feel that we never could’ve got from a traditional venue. If you’re thinking of a farm venue this is the one.
