We are a Black, Latina, and Woman owned, all-clients inclusive luxury brand, which means that we welcome all clients with all different backgrounds, ethnicities, preferences, genders, etc. and provide high quality beauty services to all of our clients.
I have been a pro makeup artist for 12 years, with 7 years bridal experience. I have worked in hundreds of venues across the tristate area and have glammed hundreds of brides and their groups! I My ultimate goal is to empower my clients through the magic of glam. We are a Black, Latina, and Woman owned, all-clients inclusive luxury brand, which means that we welcome all clients with all different backgrounds, ethnicities, preferences, genders, etc. and provide high quality beauty services to all of our clients.

Joie is an absolute JOY to work with!! From the very first phone call, to the hair and makeup preview, to the wedding day- Joie was very professional but also made me feel so comfortable. Her work speaks for itself as she really captured the soft glam look I was hoping for. I also had bridesmaids of all different hair and skin types and she was able to accommodate all of us! My wedding was also a two-day event and she did my makeup as well for my traditional Ethiopian celebration. I will book with Joie again for all my professional glam needs and highly recommend booking with her for your wedding. Thank you, Joie!!

Joie was such a delight to work with. She was so professional and so fun and made the whole experience for me as a bride seamless. I was so nervous about not feeling beautiful on my day but she did everything possible to make sure my makeup and hair was on point! I got so many compliments about my look and I also felt so beautiful and natural! 10/10 recommend!

Joie is even more amazing than the hair and makeup services she provided! From the moment we met at my trial, we bonded right away with her warm and genuine personality, sharing a heartfelt hug at first sight. During our trial appointment, we shared so many stories that really solidified that bond. There was a moment when I thought I wanted airbrush makeup, but when I saw it, I was not a fan and Joie went above and beyond by immediately recognizing my discomfort and knew exactly how to alter the style to make me feel more comfortable in my own skin.
On my wedding day, she and her assistant were punctual and extremely fun to be around, setting a joyful tone for the day. Joie transformed me into the most beautiful version of myself. Her attention to detail and her creativity were evident in every brushstroke and pin. Joie perfectly executed the trial hair and makeup, adding the hair pieces I had purchased and sent her pictures of and made me feel confident and radiant all day long.
Joie created stunning looks that left my bridal party awestruck when they each saw their makeup and hair. With my wedding's garden theme, she did a fantastic job of giving everyone a soft-glam look to complement the springtime atmosphere. Each look was a perfect blend of elegance and subtlety, enhancing the natural beauty of the bridal party.
Her kindness was evident from the moment we met and hugged at first meeting then on my wedding day, I caught her in that same embrace, excited for the continuation of our beauty journey. Joie's talents are truly extraordinary, and her passion for her craft shines through in her work. I can't recommend her highly enough for anyone seeking a skilled and caring hair and makeup artist. Five stars simply don't do her justice!

I cannot say enough to capture the amazing experience I had. Joie is amazing to work with and brings amazing energy and skill. Joie and Emily were on time and kept on schedule so there were no delays in the timeline. They worked with me through the trial and on the wedding day to get exactly the look I was going for and absolutely nailed it. I would give more than 5 stars if I could and will recommend them to anyone asking for recommendations.

Joie and her team really were the dream team hype squad every bride needs for their big day! As a woman of color, it was hard for me to find an artist in my area that was able to be compatible with my hair, skin tone, and cultural preferences but this team made sure to represent my heritage and did it was such fun and style. I felt extremely comfortable with every artist I worked with and they made sure I got the look I wanted that truly was not a traditional bridal hair style! They were even able to accommodate to my head piece and jewelry. Love this glam squad so much!

Can I just say WOW! Joie and Dara were simply amazing. I met them first at a friend’s wedding and loved my look so much that I spoiled myself and glammed up with them for a milestone birthday. Not only were Joie and Dara professional (on time, sanitized tools, prepared) but they were so much fun. Positive energy, great conversations, and most importantly, I looked amazing. I got so many compliments on my makeup and hair and I’ve never felt more beautiful. Can’t wait to book the team for another special event!

I absolutely loved my wedding day makeup!! Joie did a FANTASTIC job on the makeup for myself, my mother, my mother-in-law, and my bridesmaids on our wedding day. She paid so much attention to detail and really listened to what my beauty vision was for my wedding day. When I needed adjustments after my first makeup trial, she allowed me to do another trial just so she could perfect my look. I absolutely love my wedding make up in all of my photos and cannot recommend Joie enough! Plus, she has such a beautiful positive personality and is so much fun to be around. She definitely brings the energy you need for your wedding day!

I cannot say enough good things about this entire hair/makeup team!! I felt so gorgeous on my wedding day and my bridesmaids were so thrilled with their hair and makeup styles as well. I almost never wear makeup and Jordan was so patient with me while I tried to figure out what I wanted and how I wanted to look. They were incredibly professional and jumped right into the day (and even finished early!) They were so great!!

Working with Joie and her team was a pleasure. They were all so professional. We did a bridal trial, and Joie followed up to see how my hair lasted and asked for pictures which was great. I did make one change day of, and Emily was happy to adjust. My day of stylists were Emily and Aisa. They were the best. Fun to spend time with, and they created beautiful hairstyles for a multi cultural bridal party. I'd definitely work with Joie and her team again!

Love, love, love Jordan! She and her team did a fabulous job with me (the Bride), my bridesmaids, my mom, and my grandmother. My grandmother looked so radiant she didn't even recognize herself. Our makeup was great, our hair was great. The team brought great energy with them to the suite. It was just a wonderful experience all around. I didn't do a makeup trial because I lived out of town, but Jordan was able to get what I wanted right the day of - no trial needed! If you're looking for a great artist, reach out to Jordan!

I would HIGHLY recommend Jordan and her team for hair and make up! She did such an amazing job with my make up. I showed her photos and she got exactly what I wanted. She also really took her time during the trial and asked a lot of questions as we went along. Emily who works with her on hair also did an amazing job with my hair!

Jordan is a gem and I'm so glad we found each other so she could be a part of our special day! She has a fantastic joyful energy and phenomenal skill with makeup that just makes your heart sing - exactly what you want the morning of your wedding! I had lots of questions in our advance consultation as I usually don't wear a lot of makeup and she was so practical and open about explaining options and choices. I was going for a look that just accentuated my natural features - specifically my freckles and green eyes - and she went above and beyond even researching and ordering a new product to make my freckles pop. She obviously has a talent with all skin types and loves her craft. Thank you Jordan for letting me be your canvas!
