ry nervous they were not going to show up. The contract is very vague so its hard to know what you actually payed for. They say in the contract you will receive the work in about two weeks. After having to text, call and email them a lot because I was not receiving much response I finally got them to send me something, it was so painful to ask for an edit where they had me tripping in the video I decided to just give up and just hoped I actually got something back. They did not ask who was part of the bridal party so they missed a lot of moments I am sad where not captured. I received a very blah product after 7 months. I wish I would have just payed for a professional to do the video for me. Now I have a very bad experience in my mind and a video that was not worth the money payed for.

On the day of the wedding, they were so professional and worked well with the photographer to get they shots they needed but stay out of the way as well. The wedding video was completed in a timely manner and we were BEYOND blown away at the video. They managed to capture all the magic and love from our special day and turn it into a super high quality video that we will cherish forever. I was so amazed by their attention to detail and their ability to capture some incredible shots. Joined by Love is an up-and-coming production team but they already have everything figured out.
