She started out by listening to our ideas and vision for my daughter’s moody fairytale wedding, and then she helped to create for us what that day would look like. She came up with suggestions that complimented the theme. One idea she had was for a horse and carriage, which ended up being one of the most special and memorable parts of the wedding! Barbara vetted and sent us all the vendors, and there were many. This was so important, because it would have been very time consuming had we done this. She spent hours upon hours finding the best vendors for us in a short period of time. All the vendors she found for us were amazing! For example, the florist designed the most beautifully themed flowers, and the caterer was excellent! Guests said it was the best wedding food they ever had! She kept updated timelines for all the vendors, including when signatures were needed and when money was owed. She made it so easy! Barbara was a joy to work with! She was thorough, detail oriented, upbeat and supportive! She called every week to keep us up to date on everything, answer questions, make any changes, and basically keep everyone and everything moving along. On the wedding day, we arrived at the venue at 10:00 that morning, and Barbara and her staff were already setting up.
