Joli Bride is in a magical area at the foothills of Saint Gabriel Mountain, east of Pasadena, in Sierra Madre, CA. The business is the brainchild of two cousins who wanted to bring a comprehensive and curated collection of wedding gowns from passionate American and International designers.
We are a women's family-owned business that believes in creating a friendly, warm, and comfortable shopping experience, as we both come from retail backgrounds. As a full-service boutique, we work with you from your first appointment onwards. We help with gown orders, dressing your wedding party and guests, creating custom pieces, and alterations.
Joli Bride offers unique experiences with our designers by allowing customers to attend our Preview and Trunk Show Events before the items are released to the stores. Many of our trunk shows feature experienced sales representatives and designers who visit the collections and can provide custom, unique gowns. Each trunk show may have a special offer exclusive to the event.
We work by appointment to allow for a one-on-one experience and to ensure our Joli Bride customers receive proper time and attention. Walk-ins are welcomed for our Special Occasions clients.

y wedding, I first spoke with a few stores in the Pasadena area over the phone who made scheduling an appointment unnecessarily difficult and were very rude. Then, thank goodness, I found Joli Bride.
Zina was a dream to work with from the beginning. She allowed me to bring 4 people with me when I tried on gowns (some of the other local stores were very strict about this and only allowed 2 people), and she was incredibly attentive. I went into trying on gowns insisting that I knew what I wanted -- a long sleeve dress. I was adamant that a strapless gown would not look good on me. After trying on every long sleeve gown in the store, and not liking the results, Zina convinced me to try on one strapless gown she thought I should see on myself. I tried it on and absolutely fell in love. Zina then paired my dress with a mantilla veil (again, something I never ever would have picked for myself) and I was stunned at how much I loved the look. I ended up choosing that gown and veil. Zina has an incredible eye and I am so thankful we found her and Joli Bride. My fittings with her and her team were great, and at my last fitting, I ended up finding a second look dress in her shop that completed my wedding look! Beyond everything I stated above, I was incredibly impressed at Zina's continued communication with me in the days before my wedding. She called me a week before my wedding to talk me through how to steam my dress after transporting it to our wedding location and was incredibly thoughtful.
I now tell everyone I know about Joli Bride and cannot recommend them enough!
