ning. Our driver Mitch was friendly and professional. He did arrive at the wrong hotel in the beginning. He was right across the street and if there was not a torrential downpour my bridesmaids and I would have walked, but because of this we were a bit late for pictures before the ceremony, but it was not a huge deal! However, with the terrible weather and a Bolts game, it was definitely a challenging transport, and he got us there dry and safely! It was great to have him at the end of the night and transport us all back to the hotel for the after party and not have to worry about people driving or relying on Uber. I would definitely recommend Jolley Trolley for your transportation needs!

s are amazing. It was in December and 84 degrees!! Air conditioning never hurt anybody. The drivers were extremely friendly and both arrived 15 minutes early to each stop.

The girls were getting ready at the hotel and I wanted the guys to have a reliable way of getting to the hotel from a condo, especially during the start of spring break traffic. Mitch was our driver for Jolley Trolley, and he was awesome!! He arrived early and was ready to get the party started for the guys! After our wedding, Mitch went above and beyond and let extra people onto the trolley to get them to their end destination. He was great and it was very appreciated that he did that for our guests!

You might think “this is too expensive,” but I can promise you... it’s comparable to limos. Especially when you get hit with minimum time frames and tips. This ride was so much fun and so timeless, THANK YOU!

olley Trolley refused to give any refund although Florida was in a state of emergency and there were mandatory evacuations. Although the agreement stated that there would be no refunds based on weather, a major hurricane , the likes of which haven't been seen in over a decade and forces evacuations, seems a little different. Don't waste hundreds of dollars on this. They were the ONLY vendor that refused to give some sort of refund. This shows what sort of company they are. Putting profit over safety. Is this the sort of company you want to do business with?

For the wedding day, I ordered the Elegant Decoration package, along with the "All Aboard to Celebrate" sign, and the "Just Married" sign with the cans on the back of the trolley. It made for amazing pictures! The drivers were on-time, courteous, and super fun! Thanks Jolley Trolley for being apart of our special day!!

We had so much fun singing along to the CD he had put together for the trip, I complimented him on his music choices, and he actually gave my dad his CD at the end of the trip to give to me! I love to listen to it and remember how much fun we had that day! Even though we (the wedding party) were running late, and ended up extending our trip by a half hour, Brent was a great sport, and we loved having him as part of our day!

t what we were looking for. The trolleys clean and the drivers were very friendly. Our guests loved it. The only real complaint we had was that they were excessively strict on the timing. Because our ceremony ran a few minutes late, we ended up paying for an extra 30 minutes because we needed them to stay for 10 minutes to take a few cute pictures. Overall a lot of fun. They were the only trolley company in the area and the prices were comparable to most limo companies.

ust an absolute pleasure to work with. She patiently and pleasantly answered all of my questions and revised the contract several times until it was just right. The air conditioned Jolley Trolley arrived spotless with all the optional signs beautifully displayed. "Benny" was our "concierge on wheels" and he was just phenomenal and dressed to kill for our black tie affair! Benny contacted me several days prior to go over itinerary times and make sure he understood the transportation directives. He even, on his own, contacted the resort Event Manager and Wedding Planner to be certain he knew the exact location for guest pick- ups and drop offs. Benny arrived to the ceremony site early which was a godsend since a developing storm cut the wedding ceremony very short. Benny disembarked each time with an umbrella in order to escort the wedding guests onto the trolley to prevent them from getting wet from the rain. An epic St. Petersburg electrical power failure occurred just as we sat down to dinner and I'm still not sure that Benny ever got to eat the vendor meal we had planned for him. I know he was kept very busy throughout the evening as he continuously shuttled guests back and forth from the Vinoy Sunset Ballroom to both the Vinoy Renaissance hotel as well as the Courtyard Marriott hotel. At the end of the evening there was a mix-up with the bridal party who somehow failed to remember that Benny was returning for them for the last trolley ride of the evening after he took all other guests to their hotels. The bridal party ended up rolling my daughter up and stuffing her into a car like a caterpillar between the front and back seats. They were all mortified when they passed Benny and the trolley as he returned as planned to pick them up. When I spoke with Benny late that evening, he was gracious about the entire situation. I cannot say enough positive remarks about the quality of customer service we were shown from the very first contact with Rose to the last ride with Benny on the trolley. If you desire wedding transportation peace of mind, look no further. While everything else that could go wrong DID the day of my daughter's wedding and reception, Benny and the Jolley Trolley were indeed a highlight!

r service and responsiveness. Unfortunately, the particular trolley we got was wet and very dirty inside. It was raining that day, but the whole trolley was rather grimy wasn’t the “cute” experience I had envisioned. Our driver was great and very helpful and understanding when we went over our time due to the weather and traffic, but I wasn’t very happy with the trolley itself. Further, I was told it would seat 35 people, but 35 people was extremely uncomfortable, and really could only accommodate about 20. Further, there are big ugly ads on the sides of the trolleys, so I would recommend spending the few extra bucks for the wedding decorations they provide to cover the ads (which I did not do because I thought the trolley itself would be great and did not realize it would be covered with ads.
