Jolley Trolley

We had two trolleys to take the bridal party from the hotel to the venue. These two trolleys also picked up guests from the hotel to bring to the venue. The air conditioned trolleys are amazing. It was in December and 84 degrees!! Air conditioning never hurt anybody. The drivers were extremely friendly and both arrived 15 minutes early to each stop.

The driver wasn’t great. He got lost and didn’t understand the instructions that were clearly written out for him. However the trolley was beautiful and Brittany in the office was extremely helpful and great to work with!

Perfect for what we wanted! They were on-time, professional, and reliable. We also got to take some great photos when we arrived at the venue. Since we didn’t have a hotel wedding, it was nice to be able to get to and from the venue with the wedding party all together.

Jolley Trolley was such a great choice for our wedding transportation. Alicia was the person I spoke with and she was so helpful! When I had to adjust the time, a week before the wedding, she changed it with no issues! The girls were getting ready at the hotel and I wanted the guys to have a reliable way of getting to the hotel from a condo, especially during the start of spring break traffic. Mitch was our driver for Jolley Trolley, and he was awesome!! He arrived early and was ready to get the party started for the guys! After our wedding, Mitch went above and beyond and let extra people onto the trolley to get them to their end destination. He was great and it was very appreciated that he did that for our guests!

I highly recommend booking the Jolley Trolley as your wedding transportation! My wedding party had so much fun on the trolley. It was quite spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed jamming out to music on the way to and from the church! The trolley was right on time, and our driver Deborah was extremely kind. The trolley was also a cost-effective option. In all, this was a fun and memorable part of our big day.

We loved having Jolly Trolley at our wedding. They were so kind, accommodating and decorated the trolley perfectly. It made a great picture background and everyone had a blast enjoying their ride from the chapel to the reception.

We used Jolly Trolley to shuttle our guests from the wedding ceremony to an offsite activity before the reception, to transport our wedding party, and transport guests to the reception. They were super easy to work and very responsive. On the day of the wedding, they were very accommodating with anything we needed done during our time block we had them reserved for. The trolley itself was super clean and had lots of room with a nice sound system. It was a fun and unique way to transport our guests! Would definitely use them again.

Honestly, I am so thankful I stuck to my dream and booked the jolly trolley for my bridal party. It was such an iconic, memorable touch and I know the pictures will be SO worth it. You might think “this is too expensive,” but I can promise you... it’s comparable to limos. Especially when you get hit with minimum time frames and tips. This ride was so much fun and so timeless, THANK YOU!

We used the Jolley Trolley for the bridal party's transportation. They were easy to get in touch with and helpful from the beginning in terms of the planning process. Our driver had a great personality and didn't mind waiting for me and my friends as we finished up photos! Overall, great experience!

I was planning on getting married in Tampa on September 9th! Because of Hurricane Irma, I was forced to have my wedding a day early with no reception since everything was closed. Jolley Trolley refused to give any refund although Florida was in a state of emergency and there were mandatory evacuations. Although the agreement stated that there would be no refunds based on weather, a major hurricane , the likes of which haven't been seen in over a decade and forces evacuations, seems a little different. Don't waste hundreds of dollars on this. They were the ONLY vendor that refused to give some sort of refund. This shows what sort of company they are. Putting profit over safety. Is this the sort of company you want to do business with?

The Jolley Trolley was fantastic for our wedding weekend! Since we are all from out of town, had a trolley booked for our rehearsal day (hotel to church and back) and our wedding day (for wedding party and all guests from hotel to church and back). They were great to work with and everyone from out of town loved the trolley as a fun beach ride! For the wedding day, I ordered the Elegant Decoration package, along with the "All Aboard to Celebrate" sign, and the "Just Married" sign with the cans on the back of the trolley. It made for amazing pictures! The drivers were on-time, courteous, and super fun! Thanks Jolley Trolley for being apart of our special day!!

Brent was our Jolley Trolley driver for our wedding day on 12/30/16, and he was amazing! He took two trips each way to transport our wedding party and guests to the venue, to the church and back - and we had quite the fun group! He was very patient, never stopped smiling, and had fun joking with us as well! We had so much fun singing along to the CD he had put together for the trip, I complimented him on his music choices, and he actually gave my dad his CD at the end of the trip to give to me! I love to listen to it and remember how much fun we had that day! Even though we (the wedding party) were running late, and ended up extending our trip by a half hour, Brent was a great sport, and we loved having him as part of our day!

The driver and the trolley were great. They arrived on time, and it had AC. However, either the lift for w/cs was not working or the driver could not operate it. This left several of our guests needing to find other transportation. Otherwise, it was a very positive experience.

Our guests absolutely loved the Jolley Trolleys. We received nothing but compliments and it made for some great photos!! I totally recommend going the extra mile and providing transportation for your wedding guests! We loved it!

We wanted something different to safely get our (mainly out of town) guests to and from the venue, especially since our venue did not have very much parking. Jolley Trolley was just what we were looking for. The trolleys clean and the drivers were very friendly. Our guests loved it. The only real complaint we had was that they were excessively strict on the timing. Because our ceremony ran a few minutes late, we ended up paying for an extra 30 minutes because we needed them to stay for 10 minutes to take a few cute pictures. Overall a lot of fun. They were the only trolley company in the area and the prices were comparable to most limo companies.

As MOTB I was placed in charge of wedding transportation (unexpectedly) at the last minute for my daughter's St. Petersburg wedding. I contacted "Rose" at Jolley Trolley who was just an absolute pleasure to work with. She patiently and pleasantly answered all of my questions and revised the contract several times until it was just right. The air conditioned Jolley Trolley arrived spotless with all the optional signs beautifully displayed. "Benny" was our "concierge on wheels" and he was just phenomenal and dressed to kill for our black tie affair! Benny contacted me several days prior to go over itinerary times and make sure he understood the transportation directives. He even, on his own, contacted the resort Event Manager and Wedding Planner to be certain he knew the exact location for guest pick- ups and drop offs. Benny arrived to the ceremony site early which was a godsend since a developing storm cut the wedding ceremony very short. Benny disembarked each time with an umbrella in order to escort the wedding guests onto the trolley to prevent them from getting wet from the rain. An epic St. Petersburg electrical power failure occurred just as we sat down to dinner and I'm still not sure that Benny ever got to eat the vendor meal we had planned for him. I know he was kept very busy throughout the evening as he continuously shuttled guests back and forth from the Vinoy Sunset Ballroom to both the Vinoy Renaissance hotel as well as the Courtyard Marriott hotel. At the end of the evening there was a mix-up with the bridal party who somehow failed to remember that Benny was returning for them for the last trolley ride of the evening after he took all other guests to their hotels. The bridal party ended up rolling my daughter up and stuffing her into a car like a caterpillar between the front and back seats. They were all mortified when they passed Benny and the trolley as he returned as planned to pick them up. When I spoke with Benny late that evening, he was gracious about the entire situation. I cannot say enough positive remarks about the quality of customer service we were shown from the very first contact with Rose to the last ride with Benny on the trolley. If you desire wedding transportation peace of mind, look no further. While everything else that could go wrong DID the day of my daughter's wedding and reception, Benny and the Jolley Trolley were indeed a highlight!

My parents enlisted the help of the Jolley Trolley to escort our guests from our wedding venue, the Sandpearl Resort, to various hotels in the area. They were amazing! Most of our guests were from out of town and appreciated the convenience that the Jolley Trolley provided. I would recommended them to anyone getting married near Clearwater Beach!

We hired Jolley Trolley thinking it would be a cute way to escort our wedding party and family around town. We had pleasant dealings with the owners, and I was satisfied with their service and responsiveness. Unfortunately, the particular trolley we got was wet and very dirty inside. It was raining that day, but the whole trolley was rather grimy wasn’t the “cute” experience I had envisioned. Our driver was great and very helpful and understanding when we went over our time due to the weather and traffic, but I wasn’t very happy with the trolley itself. Further, I was told it would seat 35 people, but 35 people was extremely uncomfortable, and really could only accommodate about 20. Further, there are big ugly ads on the sides of the trolleys, so I would recommend spending the few extra bucks for the wedding decorations they provide to cover the ads (which I did not do because I thought the trolley itself would be great and did not realize it would be covered with ads.

I loved the idea of the trolley, and the service during the planning stage was great, but when it actually mattered most they were late with pick ups and I was 30 minutes late to my own wedding. To top it off we broke down many times from the church to the reception and couldn't use the A/C (that I paid extra for). We were consequently quite late for our reception as well.

We had a trolley for the bridal party but also for the guest. They loved it and it created a fun atmosphere.

We had a great time using the Jolley Trolley for our wedding day transportation! They decorated the trolley perfectly with our wedding colors and everyone commented on how cute it looked. I loved having something a little more unique than just a regular old bus or something. It was special and personal!

I loved my jolley trolley! Everyone thought it was just a great and unique idea rather than a boring limo. Plus, the trolley seated 30 people so I could have my entire wedding party plus more! It was covered and air conditioned and definitely got lots of attention as we drove to the reception. The pictures with the trolley turned out great.

It was a great price but our driver was a little cranky. Loved the trolley though for photos! =)
