ly with all their correspondence and friendly when speaking to on the phone! Kelly Troupe was so sweet, she was very helpful in giving me all the details on how everything would go and was genuinely excited for the wedding. Our chauffeur Will touched base with me the day before, when we met the next day I was greeted with a big smile and so much joy to be a part of the day! He was so friendly, helpful and patient! Will even followed up the day after with gratitude and kind words! My daughter and son-in- law had decided to do a “first look” on the trolley, when I stepped on to help set that up, I was so delighted at how lovely it was inside and the couch in the back proved the perfect location for them to exchange vows! It was truly a great experience, I highly recommend JT Charters!

and very reasonably priced. The only thing was that communication was slow in the beginning when I had some questions but got better when we booked. Their shuttles were clean; Our drivers were professional, friendly, on-time, and able to make some last minute adjustments. My family had a blast and well taken care of during their ride! Would recommend for your wedding or event shuttle needs in the southern Delaware area

with Casey from Jolly Trolley was a breeze to set up the transportation. The Trolley was extremely punctual and the driver was friendly and just as excited for our wedding ride as we were! The Jolly Trolley may not be the most cost efficient group, but its value was well worth it as It was truly a once in a lifetime experience.

booking system is incredibly confusing and cumbersome. Their staff and I had multiple phone calls just so I could make sure that all the reservations were correct, and they were very helpful. It was just such a headache to book using their system! However, as I said, they were lovely, on time, professional, and a pleasure to see/work with on the actual day!

lso provided transportation for my husband and I around town during photos and after the reception. We wanted to hit the bar for a half hour, and the Trolley driver was so flexible - he waited for us before returning us safe and sound back to our beds!

than planned so we were charged an extra fee, but that was our fault. It took a long time to get a return call/email when I first reached out to them to book but they showed up which was the most important thing.

respond to me via email or phone, and so accommodating and flexible. He was patient with me when I didn't know the answers, and made very helpful suggestions so we could be sure we got exactly what we needed. He, as well as the other drivers we had, were VERY patient, generous, and fun, both for the bachelorette party and the wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys! Great cost for a great service.
