Maria, of Jonas Beauty, was absolutely amazing! From my makeup trial, to my wedding day makeup, she was amazing. She listened to me when I told her what I liked, what I was comfortable with, and if I wanted anything changed, she was more than happy to adjust. My family and friends loved her and thought her work was beautiful, because it is. I was so grateful she was my make-up artist, and if I need another make-up artist in the future, she will be my first call. 12/10, she is the best!

Maria has the kindest soul out there! She was so generous and flexible with her time for my makeup trials. She was extremely responsive and truly wanted to make everything as easy for me as possible. I can’t understate how sweet and caring she is towards her clients. She is great at what she does and you can tell she has a passion for it! I have been very insecure about my complexion all of my life. I’ve dealt with so many issues regarding acne and acne scarring, so I was dreading finding a makeup artist, but Maria was so sensitive to that and made sure I felt comfortable in my own skin on the day of! I truly felt beautiful and my entire bridal party loved her as well. She was a dream to work with!

Maria was an absolute dream to work with! She flawlessly executed both my bridal makeup and my bridesmaids' makeup, capturing exactly what we envisioned. Her professionalism and communication were top-notch, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Male was excellent from the start! Even from first meeting on The Knot, she was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made such a strong and positive connection. Our first time meeting in person, she gave me a beautifully handpainted bookmark that fit my wedding theme perfectly, it was so thoughtful! She was able to do makeup for my bridal party, mom, mother-in-law, me the day of my wedding, she worked through each one with dedication and grace, making each person feel special and confident. Watching her work was like an artist creating the perfect masterpiece on a canvas. The style of makeup she does is a look I would describe as natural soft glam, it's a timeless look and I'm thrilled with how everything turned out! And for those nervous about getting their makeup professionally done, don't be. Male is so gentle and will go through everything step-by-step to make sure the process is perfect; She was this way with all of us, but I'm especially happy she took time with my mom (it was her first time). Male also helped me find/recommend a hairstylist that she knew well! Kris had a lot of hair to do the day of the wedding, but she handled it with grace and everyone had beautiful hairdos to show for it! Both ladies worked so well together and gave the best results! I could go on for many paragraphs, but my point is that everything was perfect! 10/10 I strongly recommend Jonas Beauty for your wedding makeup!

Maria was absolutely AMAZING. From the day I first contacted her to the day of our event, she was so friendly and professional. She was so easy to communicate with and always gave quick responses. She came to the event with a huge smile on her face and was excited to do her work. All of my sisters felt so comfortable with her and the makeup she did, and each of them said she was SO friendly. Also, if you have a mom who refused to get her makeup done because they don't wear makeup and they are worried about looking overdone, Maria is perfect for the job. I was most worried about my mother, who resisted getting her makeup done for her own daughters wedding, up until the wedding day, but Maria reassured me that she's worked with many moms who feel the same way, and she was right. My mother felt so comfortable and happy with her makeup, which was natural and elegant, just like she was hoping for. Maria even got my mother to wear fake lashes!!!!!!! I was shocked when I saw her! Also, we are south Asian, and her makeup was not only beautiful and flattering on each person, but it fit our theme so well. I have already asked her to do our makeup for our next wedding, and I highly recommend you do the same.

Male is such an incredible makeup artist. I was thrilled with the way my makeup looked in our professional photos. I don’t wear a lot of makeup on a regular basis and she struck the perfect balance between looking lovely in our pictures and still feeling like myself. Maria is an amazing make up artist who is not only amazingly talented but really takes the time to get to know you. She is super friendly, compassionate, and kind. She really listens to what you want your look to be and is very willing to listen to you. She does such a wonderful job working with all ages and skin types. Male did my make up for a charity gala I had recently. She was so kind and made me feel comfortable right away. To me this is huge- having that connection with the make up artist and feeling at ease. She had me show her a picture of my dress, asked what my hopes were for my make up and then showed me what she thought would look good given my skin tone, face and eye shape, and dress color. She is super knowledgeable about what color palettes to use and what brands are best. She truly customized the entire experience just for me. She was professional and timely and her prices are extremely fair. My make up was flawless! My whole family was blown away and what a fantastic job Male did. I would use her again in a heart beat! Maria is such a talented and wonderful person to work with! She did my bridesmaids’ and my makeup at my wedding! It was so beautiful and she took her time to make sure everything was perfect! She is such a wonderful person inside and out, and I had the best experience working with her. Male is a true gem. She put me at ease the minute I booked her as my bridesmaids are so unique and I wanted a stylist to be able to work with a variety of skin tones. Male was so friendly and approachable! She had a great balance of listening to the kind of look I wanted and going with her expertise of what looked best on me. I’m not a lashes person, but Male has the best natural looking lashes that enhance the look and aren’t too heavy. If I had a concern about something, she was very attentive to change it to how I wanted. Male made all of my bridesmaids’ makeup look cohesive while modifying it to fit each person. She is great at the perfect mix of natural and glam. I still felt like I looked like myself. Thank you Male for helping with my special day!

Male is absolutely amazing, I love her!! Take the best review I can give, and multiply it by a million, she was that awesome. I’ve left reviews for the florist, venue, etc. and in each, I listed out the good and areas that could use improvement- there is no negative to be mentioned here! I highly recommend getting the makeup trial, so you can fine tune the look you are going after. Male listened to everything I asked for, and I had photos off social media that I liked, for inspiration. She took photos and notes after the trial, and even though it was 6 months later, she got “my look” perfect on my wedding day. Up close, I’m was a little uncomfortable with how much makeup was on, but I wanted my photos to be amazing- and that’s where the makeup application really looked stunning. The airbrush really helped hide imperfections. And she gave me a tube of the gloss on my wedding day! Oh, and did I mention she is a super sweet and nice person? She has a great smile and wonderful sense of humor. We had a great time in the bridal suite getting everyone ready for the day! Highly highly recommend Jonas Beauty for your important day!

Male did my make up for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier. My bridesmaids, my mom, and I all were highly satisfied. She is patient and listens well. For my trial she used my inspiration pictures plus some of her own suggestions to create a look that was tailored to my own features. Leading up to my wedding, Male was extremely responsive whenever I called, texted, or emailed. On the day of the wedding she was very efficient and professional.
