Jordan Grace Owens

I ordered some paper dolls from Jordan and she promised them within a few months. The promise date came and went and I never heard from her. I wanted these for our engagement party--well that didnt happen. When I contacted Jordan about a refund she said she had made the dolls she just never mailed them and that I would still be charged even though she hadn't kept her promise. I never recieved the dolls and she still has my money. Jordan, I'm waiting for my refund!
