t exactly I wanted. I ended up hiring Jordan for partial planning and day of coordination- which was a perfect mix of me and her! I took vendor recommendations from her (which were some of the best vendors) and we had meetings throughout the year before the big day. Jordan helped me stay on track with timelines, reached out to vendors for me, and provided great recommendations for things we needed on wedding day. Rehearsal and wedding day is where Jordan shines and I heard it from family and friends too. Jordan knows weddings like the back of her hand and is amazing at getting the job done. She set up our venue exactly like how I had dreamed of. I mostly didn’t see any set up on wedding morning, but somehow everything was perfect. Everything ran seamlessly and Jared and I are so so so thankful for Jordan. I would recommend her to anyone!!

nfident that we could do this “on our own.” As the date for our reception approached (2 weeks prior to be exact), we became worried about the number of transitions we had and all the things that we were having to track (from set-up to break-down). We spoke to several coordinators, but within five minutes of meeting Jordan it was clear she was the right choice. She didn’t try to sell us a package. Instead, she listened to us as we described our day: what we planned and what we needed. Jordan was able to create a custom package tailored to our unique situation. She quickly jumped on a phone with us and promptly emailed us with a plan of action. On the day of our reception, Jordan was truly an MVP. She assisted us by picking up all our flowers, boxes of decorations, and desserts. She led a small team of our friends in setting up our venue and truly tailored it to our specific designs and aesthetics. Having Jordan lead this process freed us and minimized the labor for our wedding party. Jordan continued to manage our timeline throughout the night, and she did not miss a beat. She worked seamlessly with our photographer, caterers, and the venue. Every time I had a thought, she seemed to have it first (dimming the lights for dancing, timing our cake cutting, and so on). She even assisted with break-down—doing so in record time and without creating extra work for us. She did a lot of little things to make this day extra special for us. Do yourself a favor and hire her now!

My bustle broke three times and she was there each time to fix it. I truly cannot thank her enough and if we ever need help throwing another party, she is who I am calling without a doubt!

The event went perfectly, and we couldn’t have done it without her ☺️ She’s also a trooper- it was supposed to be 102 and sunny on our wedding day and she didn’t let that stop her even though I am sure she was exhausted! Generally, Jordan is a wonderful person who is super easy to get along with which made for clear communication. We were essentially always on the same page ☺️ Plus, she was always a willing listening ear and ALWAYS on your side. If you need her to boss people around she is on it, no questions asked! Lastly, my now husband is not much of a spender and balked a little at how much weddings cost generally. Though at first getting a day of coordinator was more of a priority to me than him, post wedding he said many times that he is so thankful we had Jordan, it was money well spent, and he regrets nothing ☺️ So I’ll end it with the title of this review: just hire her already! Jordan is phenomenal at what she does and will help make your day perfect ☺️
