Based in Astoria, NY, Jordan Niccola Photography specializes in capturing fashion forward, luxury elopements, weddings and intimate nuptial affairs. They tell us to pick a niche, and to that, I say—nobody puts a baby in a corner. My photography career began in the darkroom in Tampa, Florida, and I found a quick love for portraiture and fashion. Fast forward to now, I have found a reignited passion for capturing all things romance. Love and all the emotions that come with it are some of the most powerful and beautiful things we get to experience in this life, and capturing that for people brings fullness to my heart. The past five years in NYC have allowed me to find and share such magical love stories with couples from all over the world who want a little bit of the concrete jungle in their memories together forever. Adding engagements, elopements and weddings to my portfolio has opened so many doors for me thus far and has become a true gift in my career.
Your day is as unique as you are, and that is what I want to capture most. Whether you're hosting a swanky, stylish affair in the Big Apple, an intimate, peaceful ceremony in the California forests, or running to elope in the vineyards of Italy, I want to be the one to preserve it in memory forever. Shooting both film and digital photography for over 15 years, I am a master at my craft, a perpetual people person and a skilled professional at pivoting. I love this job, and I want you to feel like I am an effortless addition to your perfect day!
As an artist, my goals are to explore, to learn, to inspire, and to create. Photography is the medium that feeds my soul, and I have gratitude every day that I still love it so much after all this time. My ability to share your love through imagery and provide you with a moment in time, frozen forever, to gaze adoringly upon for years to come is why I pick up my camera every day. Again, I am based in New York City, and I am willing (and hopeful) to travel anywhere you are. I hope to photograph you soon!

Howdy friends! I'm Jordan.
I was born and raised in Tampa, FL and I have been a photographer for over 16 years. Since the days of disposables, I loved taking photos. I would pose my siblings, have photoshoots with my friends and endlessly filled my photo albums. Very early on, around the time I was in high school, I knew that I loved photographing people--capturing candid emotions and freezing time. It was my freshman year art teacher who told me I should pursue photography as a career, and I did.
After receiving my BFA from the University of Tampa and studying at the Graduate Level at SCAD, I moved to New York City to pursue my dreams of shooting fashion photography. Since 2019 I have expanded my fashion portfolio to include work from over 10 seasons of New York Fashion Week, brand imagery and commercial fashion photography
Around the time of the pandemic, I photographed a smaller weddings for friends of mine and found a newly ignited spark. I never thought weddings would be part of my repertoire but I felt an immediate connection to capturing this most special day for two people in love. Life tends to be slightly less traditional here in New York City and weddings are no exception. I have found a beautiful niche of capturing Elopements, Intimate Weddings and larger scale Affairs for unique and creative couples who are tying the knot! My experience in fashion has allowed me to provide my wedding clients with an intentional editorial style paired perfectly with a candid and nostalgic feel in their galleries.
Your wedding day is yours. My job is to attend in full commitment to photographing your perfect day, commemorating all of your keenly designed details, and most importantly capturing the love between you and your partner. I enjoy being a fly on the wall and allowing the day to develop naturally, keeping you at the center of the gallery.
