I wish I had not used Jordana Marie Events for my wedding. Ultimately, we did not feel JME handled our event to our satisfaction. It felt like the JME team was more concerned with capturing content for their self-promotion than managing my event. I would like to share one specific example: We learned from a guest that Jordana was witnessed several times pulling our photographer (whom we hired) away from our wedding to take photographs of herself and her team, including photos of her with her husband who had also worked our event. When confronted, Jordana became defensive and offered only excuses for her behavior. She did ultimately confirm that she had done this but we were offered no apology or restitution. Instead, Jordana tried to justify her actions by stating that this was during “down time,” and JME has taken no responsibility for the theft of time by a vendor we employed. I wonder this: when during a wedding is “down time”? If guests are present, memories are being made. These moments and memories were not captured and will never be captured, because of the selfish and unprofessional behavior of Jordana and her team.

Jordana and her team are everything you need and more when you a planning your wedding and even more for your day of coordination. As a bride you have so much to think about the day of that to have a team that takes over the set up and timeline so you can focus on getting ready and the excitement of your wedding day is so important. I had zero worries when I was getting ready and knew it was all being taken care of and when the reception timeline needed on the fly changing Jordana and her team new exactly what to do and who to talk to. My husband and I worked directly with Jordana to create all the signage/stationary, paper goods, and welcome bags for our wedding, and we could not have been happier with the outcome. I am someone who is not very creative, and Jordana was able to recommend beautiful designs, color schemes, and fonts to make the all wedding stationary look beautiful together. It is a few months after our wedding and people are still commenting on how beautiful all the signage, wedding programs, menus, and place cards were. For our welcome bags, Jordana created beautiful canvas totes, and many of our wedding guests now use the totes as part of their every day lives! Working with Jordana and her team was a great experience, and I highly recommend them to any bride or groom looking for an excellent wedding planner or wedding designer!
