ntry. Of the 2 that made it to the correct destination, they both fit terribly, the groom couldn't even keep his pants up. While the Chesapeake store employees were clearly incompetent, the Roanoke, VA store managed to pull everything together and get us matching, properly fitting outfits in time for our wedding, despite the extra 3 days of work it required on our end, we appreciate their efforts to get it fixed.

trouble but still a nightmare.

Two weeks before my wedding I spent at least an hour a day in the Jos. A. Bank closest to me trying to make sure the groomsmen and father's tuxes were all set...turns out they weren't. Not only did they order the wrong size for one of the groomsmen, my father's tux was 3 sizes too big for him. With one day left before the wedding they had to rush order a new tux which they re-measured him for. When we went back the next day it was still a 2 sizes too big. They ended up having to take a tux off the rack for him. It is really unfortunate that they are so unorganized because their tuxes are great and once everything was figured out everyone was really happy with what they were wearing. But in the end they are too expensive for the service you get.
