We reserved our tux's through the Chesapeake, VA store for pickup in Roanoke, VA. We confirmed all details with the Chesapeake store at least 3 times, however on Thursday before th...
e wedding, we had outfits that had been shipped all over the country. Of the 2 that made it to the correct destination, they both fit terribly, the groom couldn't even keep his pants up. While the Chesapeake store employees were clearly incompetent, the Roanoke, VA store managed to pull everything together and get us matching, properly fitting outfits in time for our wedding, despite the extra 3 days of work it required on our end, we appreciate their efforts to get it fixed.
The team at this store is so helpful and willing to help in any way! Dennis is great!
We used Jos A Banks in Roanoke for tuxedo rentals. The whole situation was not up to par for the price. Expensive tuxes and most were wrong. My husband is a 32 wait and his pants w...
ere 38 in. Late arrival as well. Store manager made up for the trouble but still a nightmare.
Very helpful, quick, friendly, and professional!!! Highly reccomend them!!
My husband and his groomsmen got their tuxes from Jos A Bank and were very happy wit them. The service could have been a little better, but everything was ready when we needed it ...
for the wedding.
I thought going with a company like Jos. A. Bank I wouldn't have to worry and things would be organized...I was completely wrong. The lack of communication between regional stores ...
made it nearly impossible for our groomsmen to rent their tuxes. Two weeks before my wedding I spent at least an hour a day in the Jos. A. Bank closest to me trying to make sure the groomsmen and father's tuxes were all set...turns out they weren't. Not only did they order the wrong size for one of the groomsmen, my father's tux was 3 sizes too big for him. With one day left before the wedding they had to rush order a new tux which they re-measured him for. When we went back the next day it was still a 2 sizes too big. They ended up having to take a tux off the rack for him.
It is really unfortunate that they are so unorganized because their tuxes are great and once everything was figured out everyone was really happy with what they were wearing. But in the end they are too expensive for the service you get.
