We have been in the Auburn, Al. location a few times and have been extremely pleased with the customer service. Christian is TOP NOTCH and is such a pleasure to work with. He was very compassionate to all of our needs and made sure my son (and everyone) was extremely pleased with the items we purchased. I would recommend anyone to work with Christian for any event. We will always be a fan (and loyal customer) as long as he's around!

We rented a total of 9 tuxes from Jos. A Bank in Birmingham. Seven of them didn't fit come wedding week. I still had groomsmen having alterations done on the morning of the wedding. I would not recommend Jos. A Bank to anyone. They did a horrible job fitting our guys, and were a nightmare during the trouble shooting process.
