We got all of our suits from the Jos A. Banks store on Eagle Road. This location seems to be having issues with turnover and management. Every time we inquired to see if the suits had been altered and were ready to be picked up they didn't know what we were talking. They were convinced that we hadn't bought the 5 suits for my wedding from this store. It was such a headache that I was ready to return everything and go somewhere else. In the end my amazing husband figured it all out and spent quite a bit of time going into the store and calling to get everything straightened out.
