If I could give negative stars I would! 14 men in our bridal party and Jos a. banks has been sending them home with all different colored shirts. We would not have known until the day of the wedding if one of the groomsman hadn't of stopped by because he didn't think would would have picked the color they gave. (Yellow!) This is after they discontinued our suits forcing us to buy 13 suits on the spot to "guarantee" we get them. They then came in! But wait... A mixture of different suits!! We are now 4 days away from the wedding, and no one has a complete suit!!! 4 days!!! They are a nightmare to work with.

My husband and his crew got their tuxes from Jos A Bank in Wellesley, MA and Bob F. From that location was so incredible in helping us coordinate the perfect Tuxes for our men! He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable and the tuxes looked amazing! A couple days before the wedding, when a couple of groomsmen came in from out of town to pick up their tuxes- some of the sizes were all wrong. However, a newer associate at the Wellesley location took control and completely fixed everything! Talk about damage control! And it was all within 24 hours too! Thanks so much Jos A Bank!!

Excellent service! We bought the suits and dress shirts here for the groom, the best man, and for the father of the groom, and we all were very happy with the quality of the suits, the selection, and with the service. All three men also chose to have their suits tailored at the store, which worked out well (great tailoring, prompt service). The only blip we encountered was that the store folks seemed a little confused about whether or not someone had called the customer to let him know that the suits were ready, and then, once we were at the store, their alphabetical system was off (they didn't store the suits under my husband's last name, but under his first name, which makes no sense to me). But, those little things aside, we were all very pleased with our experience here!
