Jos A Banks in Huntersville, NC was awful. All of the sales employees were rude, never introduced themselves, they were condescending, they were pushy about tuxedo colors and options and were constantly interrupting me. If another customer walked up they abandoned me, my fiancé, my father, and started to help them. I understand things get busy, I've worked in retail for years, but the customer you are currently helping should always take priority. When my groomsmen tried to get their tuxes fitted at a different location they were told they had to have the group number, which was not told to my fiancé and I to begin with, we were told they just needed our names and the wedding date. The system was almost always down, they could never submit my tuxedo orders, so we'll see if our tuxes are even right come the wedding day. I wish I had never gotten started with them. I will never do business with them again.
