He has been extremely well communicative throughout the process and the making of our wedding album. Even though we did not have a videographer for our wedding, Jose's photos were more than enough to capture all the wonderful memories of our special day. tyle of photography. Beautiful natural colors and nice contrasts, and not overly saturated. So that fit our preference perfectly. But what set him apart, even just based on his photos, was how creative he was with positioning and framing. The majority of his photo's weren't the usual head-on portraits, or group shots, but beautifully framed photos, playing with everything in the environment. One photo that immediately struck me was of the bride climbing stairs, photographed from above her. We immediately contacted him, and he was friendly and professional, explaining his entire process, and giving us plenty of options for how the big day could be organized. Contact was easily established by email and Whatsapp in this case, and we met in person when we were visiting the location, meeting the coordinator there. Besides talking about work, we enjoyed talking with him about travels and photography in general as well. On to the big wedding day: He first visited me and my groomsmen, and we took photo's in the bnb we had in the neighborhood. He was clear with instructions, but also open to suggestions. We had an hour together, and then he visited the bride. She was equally happy with his ideas, but also him going along with one of her ideas. During the ceremony, we didn't even know he was there. He took pictures from all angles, but never did we notice him in the corner of our eye. And after the ceremony, he kept busy, photographing people during cocktail hour and dinner, but also scouting out nice places for shots of me and the bride (especially keeping an eye out for dry moments, as unfortunately it rained most of the day). We got the photo's quite soon, even with the autumn being a very popular (and thus busy) season for weddings in the area. But we were stoked with the results. There were hundreds of pictures, and the vast majority was amazing. We're currently still in the process of designing an album, but there as well, he is very professional and everything is well explained and clearly communicated. We were very happy with Jose. A super friendly guy, with a fantastic eye for lights, colors and framing. We were very comfortable with him around, and we never felt pushed or annoyed. 6/5 stars!

My now husband and I are both literary professionals, so we were seeking a photographer with a more sensual and profound way of telling a couple's story and Jose exceeded our expectations! In addition to his incredible talent, he is patient, kind, and SO MUCH FUN to work with! We began our journey with him in 2019 pre-pandemic, and throughout all the trials and tribulations, he was with us every step of the way. I warned him that I greatly dislike getting my picture taken because I tend to be either overly animated or I try too hard to smile/pose, but he knows exactly how to make you comfortable for natural shots. His assistant, Carlo, was an absolute angel and commits 110% to get the shot (he is not afraid to hide in bushes for perfection!). After working with Jose, we will not only recommend him to all friends and family, but we only plan to work with him on any future celebrations!

e the fun and playful moments of this day. His ability to find the perfect lighting and angle made this experience even more memorable. At times we would even forget he was there because he would just let us be and do our own thing naturally. Throughout the session he'd give us a few pointers and the day turned out to be very pleasant and relaxing. The shoot took place in the majestic surroundings of the Buçaco Palace in Portugal, followed by Praia de Mira. There just aren't enough words to possibly describe how stunning each photo turned out and the quality that Jose's work provides. I would highly recommend him to family, friends and business associates as we were so please with our session and final photographs. If you are lucky enough to have him be at your special day, don't think twice! Thank you so much for this special day in Portugal.

e can do that. Jose is an artist. He knows about angles, lights, and other things the normal eye would not catch. I came across him by chance scoping for a photographer. When I l reviewed hundreds of overpriced and mediocre photography, I stumbled upon him. His pictures impressed my husband, so we took a chance with him. I am glad I did. He is a very kind soul, understanding, and gives you what you ask for and more. I felt extremely comfortable working with him, and he was hilarious and personable. I truly hope we meet again! If you want in-the-moment pictures, he will provide you with that, but if you wish to have a director and someone to tell you what to do, pose, and capture the best sides of you, he is a master at that. He saw pictures in the most random scenarios. Jose also kept a very well and genuinely thought-out schedule that kept us on track. We were never late doing anything with him, and it made our wedding go by so smoothly. He captured so many moments that I didn't even notice, and I am eternally grateful for him. On the day of our wedding, he and his assistant Nadine arrived in advance to explore our venue, an old stone-façade manor, and to plan out some shots. During the wedding preparations, Jose and Nadine were friendly and flexible, easily switching up their photography schedule when we needed to adjust the day’s timeline. After the ceremony, Jose and Nadine took a variety of group shots of our guests, then some shots of me and my husband during our sunset photo shoot. I loved how Jose and Nadine photographed me and my husband at a variety of different places at our venue, with a good mix of natural-feeling poses and candids, all caught in the evening’s golden glow. We only had to wait a few days to receive a sneak peek of the photos, and Jose absolutely delivered. The photos were creative, romantic, and dramatic – exactly what we were looking for. It took less than two weeks for Jose to provide us (via both mailed USB and online gallery) with the rest of the photos. He really captured the feel of our wedding and gave us some unique and breathtaking images that we get to treasure for the rest of our lives. Jose is a true artist and anybody would be lucky to snatch him up for their own wedding.

I started researching online and thanks to many great reviews I reached out to Jose. From the very first phone call my fiancee and I had with Jose we knew he was exactly who we were looking for. He listened to all of our concerns and was very connectable! We hired him right after our first call! We live in Bensalem and our wedding was in the Poconos so we had to meet essentially via phone most of the time. This was never a problem! We had so many amazing phone calls with Jose who continued to reassure us and answer all of our questions. Jose was so quick to reply via text as well with any questions we had. About a month out Jose took time to personally meet us on the weekend at our venue to discuss things in person. To say that he goes above and beyond for his clients is an understatement. There truly are no words to describe him! On the day of the wedding he showed up and the room became even more excited as we knew some of the moments we were sharing getting ready were going to start getting captured! Everyone including my guest praised Jose and Shawn (his partner photographer). It was like he was everywhere at one time but was never in the way. I felt so comfortable with him and so did my entire bridal party. He stayed the entire night and captured the most incredible moments. His artistic eye is truly wonderful. After the wedding the communication did not stop, he continued to answer questions and worked so hard to get us our first look at the pictures quickly which is amazing considering we got married in prime wedding season. HIS WORK IS BEAUTIFUL! My husband and I could not believe the quality and care he took in every little detail including a personal handwritten letter thanking both of us for letting him photograph our day. It is us however that should be saying thank you to Jose for his incredible work and the moments that he captured for us. My husband and I both feel that we made a friend in Jose and he is someone that we will never forget! We already are talking to him about a maternity shoot when we become pregnant.
