Joseph Jewelry is great. My wife wanted a custom job done for her engagement ring; Joseph Jewelry was extremely helpful and patient throughout the design process, and the ring came...
out exactly how we wanted it. They provided photoshop mockups of a custom design, CAD renders, and a 3D-printed mockup before we got the actual rings themselves--far above what I expected, and perfect for tweaking the design to be just what we wanted. We ended up going back to Joseph Jewelry for our wedding bands as well.
Tyler, in particular, was great to work with and made the entire ring design and diamond selection process go very smoothly. I'd strongly recommend Joseph Jewelry for quality rings.
I cannot recommend Joseph Jewelry enough. Living in a separate state, I was hesitant about getting a custom engagement ring through an online portal ... but the team at Joseph Jewe...
lry make the entire experience so enjoyable. They are quick to respond to messages and full of ideas about how to make the perfect ring, to your budget. Working with Tony and Jessica was amazing and I cannot thank them enough for their work. My fiancé loves the ring and she was even more impressed when I showed her the design stages online.
We couldn't be happier with the custom ring we designed with Laurenn. Every interaction with Laurenn and in fact, the whole staff was great. We are planning on designing more custo...

dream ring. With constant communication and updates I was always in the loop with where we were in the design process. They really went the extra mile for me which I do not take lightly.
They helped bring my vision to life, and helped make my fiancé’s dreams come true. They promise jewelry of the upmost quality and they certainly deliver. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for custom jewelry. Thank Joseph for a truly exceptional experience!
Perfection. That's the word I'd use for the ring that my future wife now wears. Erich at Joseph's was extremely helpful in selecting a base, his creativity was incredible for creat...
ing a truly one-of-a-kind design, and very accommodating for timing. My fiancee loved the ring (obviously), and anyone who sees it up close holds their breath in a kind of stunned silence. In a phrase, this place is amazing.
From first to last Joseph Jewelry were professional, super helpful, and very accommodating. I walked into the store knowing roughly what I wanted and they helped take my idea and f...
orm it into a perfect ring. I had a tight deadline to meet, and with their great turnaround time we were able to meet it with a beautiful ring.
Professionalism. Perfectionist. Phenomenal. I would totally recommend them! Tony was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process. Thank you!

out beautiful. They were very helpful and all the questions I had they answered. I am sure I will conduct business with them again in future endeavors.
Joseph's Jewelry provided our wedding bands (men's and women's) as well as the engagement ring. They have a great site that: tracks order progress, allows easy payment, and provide...
s quick communication with the store. The rendering they provided was accurate and detailed and they finished the rings by the date we requested both times. They are always friendly when we stop by for a ring cleaning afterwards (which is included). Overall we were happy with the service we received and would recommend them to others!
We had a custom ring enhancer designed to fit around the engagement ring for my wife. Everyone we worked with was very helpful, and the combined ring is beautiful!
My husband took the wedding ring that his grandmother gave to him to Joseph Jewelry to create my engagement ring. The ring designers were able to take his suggestions and requests ...
and made a beautiful and one of kind platinum halo style engagement ring that features a beautiful emerald cut diamond from my grandmother in law's wedding band.
We also purchased his wedding band and had my wedding band created here as we felt that the staff were accommodating and welcome and that most importantly the product is high quality and incredible.
Anyone who has a stone or family heirloom that they want incorporated into beautiful updated piece of fine jewelry should definitely visit Joseph Jewelry!

t, in my mind, compares. But I'm a little biased.
We went ahead and did our wedding rings here as well. My band compliments my engagement ring perfectly, while also having the ability to stand alone completely. My husband has 2 bands and both are absolutely great.
Especially if you want to custom design your own (as we did with all of ours), this is the place to go.
We were so pleased with the custom wedding bands that we purchased here. Joseph and Danny listened to what we said and helped us formulate designs to exceed our expectations.
We worked with Ryan to create one-of-a-kind wedding bands. We had a (very) intricate celtic knot that posed a challenge as we wanted it wrapped around the bands but also didn't wan...
t large rings and both of our fingers are small. Ryan did an excellent job working with what we wanted and even stayed late and brought me back to the work room one evening when it turned out the knot was too intricate for our first-choice metal (Palladium) and helped us decide to change to the Ultra-White metal, which is awesome. It was cool to see the process from start to finish and look forward to going to JJ's in years to come for other peices as well as to get my rings cleaned :)
I loved working with Joseph Jewelry. They are wonderful at making sure you get exactly what you want. They will make any changes and do custom rings.
