If six stars was an option, that would be our rating. My fiancée and I designed and purchased our custom ring at Joseph’s after a poor customer service experience at Turgeon Rain. ...
We could not be happier, the final product is a platinum band with 3/4 channel and four prong shank setting that flawlessly holds the round stone we selected. The process at Joseph’s working with Chelsea in Seattle was honest and transparent, fast with our deadline for my proposal, and frankly a wonderful deal as our finished product appraised for 20% above what we paid!
My fiance designed my engagement ring with Joseph Jewelry based off of their five star reviews. He had a great experience working with the whole team and really enjoyed the unlimit...
ed design modifications he was able to make. The designers also helped with their input on what would keep the design looking balanced. He was working off of a few different rings I had pinned, and ended up combining different features from each one, with our heirloom diamond in the center. The quality is also top notch. It is absolutely perfect!
I can't say enough about the quality of service that has followed since the initial engagement ring purchase, and we have both ordered our wedding bands from JJ as well. Mine is completely custom to match my engagement ring, while his is a simple platinum band. The online system really helps with communication and payments. Joseph Jewelry is the best! And the new store is absolutely gorgeous. Joseph Jewelry will definitely be our jeweler for life.
