Where do i begin, Joseph was amazing!!! I wish i could give him more than 5 starts. He was the best decision of the entire wedding process. He captured our special day perfectly. He is so incredibly talented and easy to work with and such a down to earth person. While planning my wedding i knew that pictures from my wedding day would be so important to me. I didnt want your everyday wedding photos of line ups by the wall, or feeling like your taking a school picture and Joseph is so far from that he brings a unique artistic twist to every photo. Everything felt like a breeze with him. Our picture came out so incredible, truly everyone looks like a piece of art, so unique and candid and real. I would use Joseph over and over again. Truly INCREDIBLE work.

We feel so lucky to have found Joseph! He did our engagement and wedding photos. We felt completely comfortable with him throughout both days. So many people told me that our photos were the best they've seen. At my wedding, I felt at ease because I knew that he was going to capture the best memories. We are so thankful to have found him and can't wait to have him photograph all of the future events in our lives!

Joseph was a pleasure to work with and one of our favorite people we encountered during the planning process for our wedding. He showed incredible professionalism and thoughtfulness throughout the whole process. He was flexible and was curious to hear about our tastes and priorities. At the same time, he was great at taking the lead and giving his input when we needed his expertise. Also, Joseph has a real eye for delivering natural looking candid shots while capturing the beauty of our surroundings. Overall, I appreciated that he was down to earth and sincere in delivering high quality pictures that we would be happy with. We requested some challenging shots, requiring us to tailor our wedding day schedule (that was already tight to begin with), as well as some large group shots, where Joseph had to corral large groups of guests. Joseph handled all of it like a pro. Planning a wedding can be an exhausting process requiring communicating with a lot of different types of people. It’s easy to get jaded and suspicious of people when you are working on a budget and every encounter with a vendor feels like a sales pitch or negotiation so working with Joseph was personally very refreshing. Our pictures turned out beautiful and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest, personable, and skilled wedding photographer.

FANTASTIC! We absolutely loved working with Joseph. Hiring him as our photographer was one of the best decisions we made in the process of planning our wedding. He took our engagement and wedding photos and we love them!! He is very creative and had great ideas for different shots. Joseph Suh is an outstanding photographer! He is highly professional, creative and artistic. Besides the technical excellence of his photos, he somehow managed to capture emotions and special moments with his camera lens that any lesser photographer would have no chance of doing. It's truly a special gift to be able to do that! My bride and I were very touched and moved by all the photos he took. Although he has a fantastic creative eye, Joseph was willing to listen to our ideas for specific shots or moods that we wanted to capture. He worked great with the venue staff, our families and friends throughout the entire event. He had great suggestions on where to stand, how to pose, and really put us at ease and helped us make the most of the beauty of our wedding venue. Joseph was extremely professional throughout our wedding day - you do not need to worry that he won't turn up on time or won't stay until the end. He worked hard all day and night and captured hundreds of photos for our special day. He diligently processed and edited the photos and delivered to us in a custom case and USB stick. Overall we can't recommend Joseph any more highly. His rate is very reasonable and the quality of his work is a cut above any other photographer that we have seen. There are so many choices to be made to plan a wedding., and photographer is one of the most important parts. I met many photographers to review their works and services and wasted so much time before meeting Joseph suh. His website showcases his works the best and I loved his photos which are focused more on the human and capturing the happiness of the moment. His photos are natural and emotional at the same time. His service was extraordinary. He arrived early enough on the wedding day and he was the last one to leave the wedding out of all the vendors I hired. Also I liked the option that I could only get the digital photo files and no printed album. Other photographers charge so much for those thick albums that made out of leather covers and binding which are very unnecessary when everything is digitized and you can click through iPad or iPhone. Choosing Joseph Suh Studio was a smart decision I made for the wedding and I appreciate again!

Joseph was great. He communicated well before the day of and on the day of the wedding he arrived at our apartment early. He was eager to make sure that we got the most out of our pre-wedding photos and took so many photos. We went to Central Park and he knew all the best locations to get the perfect photos. After that we wanted to have a pre-wedding drink at our local bar with the wedding party and he didn't stop working the entire time, just taking candid shots and taking photos around the bar. Before the wedding at the venue he was very thoughtful and scouted the best locations for all the pre-wedding shots. During the reception I would only occasionally see him because he was always moving making sure he captured all of the moments. There was a lot going on during our wedding with a drag show and lots of moving parts and he just rolled with it and captured all the great moments. He is a true professional who obviously has a passion for photography and really gets how weddings should be photographed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond and was really easy to work with.

Joseph was absolutely wonderful! We now have so many wonderful photographs from our wedding and we have received so many compliments! Joseph was very creative with the images and captured not only the people but the beautiful scenery as well. We could not have asked for a better photographer!

I highly recommend Joseph. His style was exactly what we were looking for. I cannot tell you how many people complimented our engagement photos. Everyone agreed that they were absolutely beautiful. After our engagement photos, we were convinced that he was the guy we wanted for our big day, our wedding. He was such a pleasure to do business with. if you're looking for a professional who is punctual and gives you 10/10 service, then don't look elsewhere and go for Joseph.

Joseph was incredible! He listened to what we wanted and delivered. The pictures came out beautiful. Our wedding reception was in a NYC penthouse and Joseph's use of the architecture was amazing. I would 100% recommend using him for your wedding or any special event.

We found Joe on the Knot and hired him to photograph our full wedding day for 10 hours in Manhattan (we actually enjoyed working with him so much that we extended it to 12 hours on the night of!). I cannot begin to describe how big of a hit Joe was on our special day - he had researched potential photo spots after hearing about our wedding church and reception location. He had many great ideas and took SO many incredible shots of us and our loved ones without being at all invasive. He is so creative and fun to work with - I kid you not that people are still talking about how wonderful our photographer was weeks after our wedding! We would 100% recommend him to anyone - he played such a huge part in our very special day and we really wouldn't have had it any other way! From start to finish, it was an excellent experience!
