Ginger showed up as our cosmetologist.. calling her to set up the appointment was easy - which I sincerely appreciated. She did a great job in applying the makeup and was recommended- thus why I chose her (along with not being from the area). ... What I learned however was upon her arrival she created quite an uncomfortable stir - after meeting me and telling me I'm not the bride she's looking for/she's at the wrong place/I'm the wrong person/more than a bit loud demanding to know where and when the wedding is and where the bride is (after walking into the room I was in..) - she provided no apologies or reason for her actions. I thought it was the bride who was supposed to be nervous or over anxious.. In our initial phone call, I had asked whether I needed to provide any makeup - to include waterproof mascara- she said no- she had it in her travel bag.. it was the one thing forgotten, and I'm thankful one of the bridesmaids had it in their bag. We paid $100 per person, I would expect that it would include a positive attitude for customer service, the appropriate materials needed for the job, and an ability to apologize for wrongdoing.
