on I had for my hair. On the day of, Barbara came with another stylist so they could do my 5 bridesmaids, mother and mother-in-law in a timely fashion. Ginger was able to do all 8 of us. She was quick and did a fantastic job - she did our makeup in a classy and natural style. I highly recommend Joseph Taylor Salon!

What I learned however was upon her arrival she created quite an uncomfortable stir - after meeting me and telling me I'm not the bride she's looking for/she's at the wrong place/I'm the wrong person/more than a bit loud demanding to know where and when the wedding is and where the bride is (after walking into the room I was in..) - she provided no apologies or reason for her actions. I thought it was the bride who was supposed to be nervous or over anxious.. In our initial phone call, I had asked whether I needed to provide any makeup - to include waterproof mascara- she said no- she had it in her travel bag.. it was the one thing forgotten, and I'm thankful one of the bridesmaids had it in their bag. We paid $100 per person, I would expect that it would include a positive attitude for customer service, the appropriate materials needed for the job, and an ability to apologize for wrongdoing.
